I was in the process of moving from Seattle to Omaha (which is scary in itself) but I set up the process to get the fence built before we moved. The posts were installed pretty quickly and while it took a little longer than expected to get the rest of the fence put in after we got to Omaha, the guys did an amazing job and I couldn't be more pleased. And the 110 lb malamutes love it...oh and so do the humans. Nice work and we've had several compliments. Thanks, Quality Fence.

I bought my house in May 2019 called quality fence, paid for my fence!! And they subcontracted my account out to a company that was very sweet and kind and did an amazing job, however quality fence provided that company with the worst possible wood my fence is two years old and looks older!! The boards are bowing and it’s horrible I would not recommend this company!!!! Do your research. They provided Taylormade with the worst possible wood ever. It’s a shame I paid what I did for the fence.

Wanted so bad to like my fence. Now when I look at it I continue to get sickened that I tried to save some money. I have tried to make attempts to have my issues resolved. The people on phone are great, but no follow through. The job itself is mediocre with rigid and cheap vinyl lining that seals between the posts, gaps, posts were concreted but not well - an area of the fence leans inward, posts caps were not put on but left behind, and the fence gets blown out with almost all winds - despite the neighbors holding up. If you do go with them get the sprinkler insurance as well, our line was cut

We purchased a vinyl 4 ft fence. Used Quality to match nbrs . Salesman writes quote & leaves for review. Mar 15 salesman Robert emails- he can come with docs & pick up check tonite. Wait til late, no show. Later says daughter sick. But no call that he would blow it off. Wierd as he lives nearby. End up driving to Quality office. Dingy site in Papillion, drove around block twice to find. Clerk says we need a permit & costs. Find out no permit fees where we are. Should have started over.

We selected Quality Fence to replace our wood fence. This was based on reviews and interactions with the sales person. Although the job didn't get off to a great start due to poor work by the subcontractor, after contacting Quality Fence about our concerns and issues, they sent someone out to look over the job that was done. I have to say that Quality Fence stepped up, sent out a different crew that essentially removed the fence, reinstalled it, correcting all of the issues left by the subcontractor and left us with a fence we can be truly proud of. Thank you Quality for being a stand up company

If we could give 0 stars we would! should have know when it took multiple calls and emails to get a response as to how to make a deposit! Signed a contract under premise of 6-8 week installation. As soon as a deposit was made told 10-12 weeks at best. Lied about cost of the permit when we cancelled, added a "sales commission" to the charge. When we told them we were going with another firm was told, "good luck with that, they are even further behind on getting material". Actually, the new installer had it in stock and is right on time with our contract!

Although my job didn’t start off well, in the end they made sure all was good and well with my fence, which is what matters and I’m left with a lovely fence. Cathy and Kristian are both great people and I left there having much respect for the way things were handled in the end. My situation was unique and not purposeful and again they did everything to make it right. I don’t foresee it happening again to someone else. Cathy and Kristian cared about the outcome and cared that quality is what was left behind, so I respect that and appreciate it. Had this been “not the unique situation,”

Quality Fence came to my house to give an estimate and suggested options that I hadn't considered that saved me money. As weather allowed (about three weeks), they set the posts and came back a week later and completed the project. The fence looks great! I recommend giving them an opportunity for your business.

Quality Fence was the best price around.
We had several quotes, but quality had the best price and the best availability. Most companies are not able to build for 4 or 5 months, by time summer is done.
They stood by their time line and were very quick to install post then pickets.
We are hopefully the quality of wood is good and will last many years.
Highly recommended for wood privacy fence.
