I received my order yesterday, and all the parts are PERFECT!!! They're exactly the same ones as the ones on our current fence. Kyle was AWESOME!!!! I sent him the list of misc. parts I needed and in no time he had it all together, and where a perfect match wasn't possible, Kyle proactively adapted something else to work. America's Fence Store is a great Company!!! And Kyle is the "GO TO" "CAN DO" guy to work with.

America’s Fence Store is great! I ordered 2 Keystone Latch Series fence gate locks from them off of Amazon and they saved me between $75 - $100 by sending me 2 lock sets that take the same key so no rekeying necessary!
I found their contact number and called them to personally thank them. They’re nice people who aren’t out there to try and rip you off or make you incur additional costs after making a purchase through them.

I needed advice and only a small quantity of parts; however, it was still going to be expensive repair to my automatic gate. Kyle went out of his way to find what worked best for my repair and his suggestion ended up upgrading the existing rollers on my gate. Kyle was very friendly and helped find me find a better product and even reduced my overall cost. I will definitely use America’s Fence Store again! Thank you Kyle.

My project was/is a small one, so I worried about getting quotes and placing such a small order for materials. Kyle was excellent! The ordering process was standard. They have a decent selection. Where it wrong....
1. Gate latch arrived as scheduled, but missing all the hardware needed to install the latch.
2. Emailed them under the "Contact us" platform and never heard back from them.
3. Finally called them and explained everything and they said they will fix it.
4. After second shipment arrives, wrong hardware after telling them exactly what was missing and what size.
Be warned making a purchase with them online. Im sure their in-store is fine. But online and shipping needs a whole lot of work. I am going to take my

I am a small business owner who has done business with them in the past. I have really enjoyed working with bill over the years but unfortunately the arrogance of the accounting manager will force me to take my business elsewhere. I gave them green cash over 2 months ago for a job I was doing and I ordered a little extra(about $1500) when I tried to get my money back with them I was treated like a peasant.
