Had them come out to take some measurements so they could give me an estimate in turning my 4' fence into a 6' fence.
I was at work, wife was home telling the guy what we wanted. He tells us he will email an estimate in 2 weeks. A month goes by with no word. I finally call them back and ask what's up. Receptionist says she doesn't know and she will have to have the dude who did the measurements call back.
He calls back a few hrs later and proceeded to tell me that they were "too busy" to send the estimate email, but that he could come back out in a couple days.
When I ask why they need to come

So, you want a quality install and service after the sale? Go somewhere else! We've had nothing but problems with a sagging gate and support posts that are out of plumb. After many calls, failed appointments, and outright lies we will find another company to fix the issues. Also, the Certainteed Company gave us the run around on their so-called warranty.....they had their "regional expert" (Cardinal Fence) contact us about the problem. What a joke.

I've used Cardinal Fence over the years and this summer they installed a vinyl privacy fence for the new house we moved in to. Compared to the other companies I've worked with in Omaha, Cardinal gets an A+ in all aspects. Cal Walton and Michelle Nation were both excellent to work with, treating me with respect and with professional integrity. Had them come out to put a bid in on a 120 foot privacy fence. The guy showed up but they never sent me a bid even after I called them and asked them why no bid. They told me they would make sure I got it but 2 weeks later no bid. Pretty hard to hire them if they can't even give me a price. Called another company and the next day I had a great bid and they start install next Monday.

I did not hire the work done that they completed, my neighbor did. However, that did not stop them from leaving for lunch and leaving the fence open without telling me. So when I let my dog out, not know they were even doing any work, the dog got out. Then the mess they left in my yard was crazy. Piece of fence, bolts and wire along the entire fence line. I would never hire this company!!!
