I really appreciate Ken answering the phone and helping me early Monday morning 2/15 at 7:30am as my pool was in the later stages of freezing over and struggling to operate. I called 5 companies that morning in a panic trying to figure out how to drain my equipment properly. Ken answered, literally walked me through the process over the phone. He was very calm and patient and detailed, he took much longer time explaining things than I would have given myself lol. Excellent Company- very knowledgeable team.
We worked with Alex specifically and he was great. Went above and beyond the specific issue we called for- saw other issues that he told us about and spent time to educate us and point us in the right direction.

Absolute worst customer service. Ken constantly sets appointments but Alex does not show up. Even when he does show up, they do not complete the work the first time. Alex is awesome. Knows his stuff. What is not awesome is taking off work for a no show with no phone call appointment on Monday, then being told Tuesday it would be first thing Thursday. No show, no phone call Thursday morning. Phone call Thursday afternoon that it may be Friday. After they rescheduled again, I called to cancel because we are having a pool party Saturday and I did not want the construction mess with his new proposed

We had them come out and replace a pool light ($950) that was faulty. They stated that it would work and we would take "full advantage" of the upgraded light. After installation we fine out that it does not work 100% with our older system, so thanks for misleading us on the upgraded light.
They determined that our GFCI switch by the pool equipment was faulty as well, replaced that and charged us for it ($75). The pool light never worked and so they recommended we reach out to an electrician.

Originally had them out here last year to fix a leak in the spa. Took a number of reschedules before they finally showed up. Took car of the leak and did a good job. I have the same issue this year. Called for an appointment. First Monday, no show, then Thursday, no show then proposed Friday. We are having a pool party on Saturday so I did not want to take the chance of a construction site for the pool party so I called Ken to cancel. We had a major pool filter leak which shut down our pool. They responded immediately, were out there the next morning, gave us a fair estimate to replace our leaking filter system and had it done in just a few hours. Very professional and very knowledgeable about pool repairs. Took time to look over other elements of our pool system such as the heater and plaster and give us advice (plaster good for another few years, heater -get gas company to put in larger meter) that did not benefit them. Will use them for all our pool repairs.

After calling literally 6 other pool companies, this is the first company to come out and diagnose my leak. Alex was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and willing to explain the issue in a way that I could understand. They are also much more reasonably priced than any other pool repair company I’ve come across. They’ll will now be my go-to.

This pool company is the worst. Their services are I consistent. They would often forget to close our spa. Or they would forget to put chlorine in it. We had our house up for sale. And that is when they let us down the most. They just quit coming altogether even though we were still paying for monthly service. So our pool was constantly green and because they left the Polaris sitting out beside the house it to quit working

BEWARE!!! I was unhappy with the service from this company, so I cancelled at the beginning of November. I was told my credit card would be refunded for what I had already paid for November. No refund arrived, and last week Metrotech debited my credit again for ANOTHER full month's payment!!!!! I have left a voicemail every day for a week, with zero response.

Don't waste your time. They talk a good game and are nice until you pay them. These guys did a horrible job on our pool. Had a rebar spot repaired less than a year ago and it has come back worse than before. They made the generous offer to charge again to fix what we paid for less than a year ago. Not to mention that after draining the pool, they refilled it without cleaning or power washing it. Lot's of attitude for someone selling service.

I live in a rental, and limped the pool through the first summer here, failing as I went. The pool, I thought, was close to beyond repair.
Alex came out, assessed the pool, and recommended a plan to get the pool up and running again. Two weeks later--my pool is now sparkling clean, and operating as it should. Along the way, faults were discovered, and fixed. I can now enjoy the pool knowing it's in good hands with these fine folks.

I contacted their lawn sprinkler division both by email on their website and left a voice mail for them to come out and quote on sprinkler repair. Never heard from them. And the Home Advisor group that endorses them is ridiculous too. Terrible not even responding. Will never use them. Plus I found someone who came out the next day and didn't charge a "trip charge" like Metrotech does.

I met Ken & the Metrotech team a little over a year ago and have been exceptionally happy with the service and care I have received from them.
Since I live out of state and was renting my house out, I needed someone I could trust to provide exceptional service and communicate all issues with me. I later learned that they provide irrigation service as well, so entrusted the updates and care of my sprinkler system to them as well. We used Metrotech because our pool builder used them. This company did our sprinklers and maintenance of pool for 1 month.
It took over a month for their team to figure out our sprinkler issue. This wasn't because of the difficulty, but because of unprofessionalism. There were days/weeks/weekends where the weather was nice out, but no Metrotech. When they were out here, they would be around for maybe an hour and then leave. Other times they complained, griped to us how 'hard' it is. Isn't that your job?
