Lawn Tech

When I moved into my house 4 years ago I tried to do the fertilization and weed control myself. It quickly became apparent I needed professional help to improve the appearance of my lawn and reduce the weeds. Lawn Tech is fairly priced and don't over do it with too many applications per year. Recently I used their aeration service again and am very pleased with that as well. My lawn looks great.

Not seeing much improvement in my lawn. Some of my neighbors who didn't have any lawn care package they have better green lawn, now sure
whats wrong with mine. I was told it's due to summer heat, but I don't think it's true.
Their service is good but unfortunately didn't work for me.

Tech showed up upon request via concern on our lawn for grub worms.
He was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful.

Lawn Tech has been maintaining the lawn fertilization and weed control along with exterior pest control at our home for the past four years. They’ve done a great job and my Bermuda lawn looks fantastic!

If you want to record a conversation you MUST tell the customer that you are recording, Therefore, you can not use said recording in a court of law as you told me. I never mention a court of law. As far as your cancellation fee, the cancellation is on you when you said Freddy will squeeze me in next Monday or Tuesday. Why don't you put your real business pants on and work past 5 pm like most company's when your running behind and not make the customer suffer because you want to go home. No prior planning makes piss poor management. Take that to court.

I recently hired Lawn Tech to take care of my lawn. I chose them because I agreed with the timing of their program (no unnecessary visits) and the pricing was reasonable. They have been efficient and professional. Also, customer service is very friendly.

I gave up fertilizing my yard last year and moved to Lawn Tech, and they have been great. Was heat it at that anyone would do the same job as me, but I have been very pleased with the work and results.

Lawn Tech is a great company for servicing your yard for weeds, etc. Their staff is very professional and treat your property as though it were their own. Always wrote detailed explanation of what they did and if there were any issues.

I have had a great experience with Lawn Tech. They let you know beforehand that they are coming out and when they are done they ri g the doorbell to see if you have any questions or problems. They explain everything about the treatment and what to do after to make sure the treatment is affective. My lawn has looked much better since I've been with Lawn Tech. I hired them because my neighbor across the street uses them and their lawn looked really good so i asked their tech and from there i got them to do ours. They are very friendly too.

Lawn Tech is great...I have been using them for a few years now and they are great with reminders they are coming to service your yard. You can see a big difference from our yard to other yards in the neighborhood that don't use a service like Lawn Tech. They are reliable, consistent, professional and well priced.

Always responsive and follow through when these darn pesky red fire ants just wont go away!

Low pressure sales approach. We bought a house that had been a rental and the lawn was mostly weeds. Fred at Lawntech assured us that re-doffing the yard was not necessary if we were willing to be patient, the lawn treatment would bring our grass back. We now enjoy a nice green lawn with very few weeds. Very happy with the service and the techs.

We have used Lawn Tech for many years as our lawn maintenance company didn't do weed control. Now then do but there was no reason to switch. They always call ahead to let one know they are coming the next day. No weeds to speak of and much better control then when I attempted to do it myself.

I've used Lawn Tech for many years. Because of the size of my yard, I would always have to buy 2 bags of fertilizer but only use a little of the second bag. Also, I still had so many weeds doing it myself. Once I gave in and hired Lawn Tech, my weeds disappeared quickly and I spend about the same amount of money, if not less. I promise you'll be happy with Lawn Tech. They have been absolutely wonderful!

We have the greenest grass on the block. Other neighbors are using bigger name companies and their lawns do not compare.

Lawn Tech has been my choice of my lawn weed and feed company for a few years. Last year there were some weeds about my lawn even treating didn't get rid of. This year I can count on one hand the number of weeds I found on my lawn. Their service is working. I always receive an e-mail a day or two prior to their visit so I may unlock my back gate. The technician leaves notes on the service receipt letting me know of any problems and what I may do to keep my lawn healthy. I find all Lawn Tech employees, field and office, are very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.

Have used Lawn Tech for over a year now and have been REALLY pleased with the results. They are great at communication and try to send the same tech out so he knows the lawn and where the trouble spots are. Always on schedule and they always leave a statement showing what services were performed. Really glad to have a lawn that looks great with no weeds!

This is the first year living in the Dallas area. Our backyard had a lot of weeds. I contacted LawnTech to set up a program for treating the weeds. They did an excellent job at killing the weeds and the grass looks great. They always notify me in advance when they are coming for the next treatment. I just signed up for the entire 2020 season.

I've not personally used lawn care but I did come in contact with two of their employees while at a traffic light.
I looked down to pick up my drink and the light happen to change and I guess I didn't start moving fast enough the their driver/employee or owners liking so they honked the horn.
I then started through the light and the drive pulls up to my car in the lane beside me and the passenger in the truck continues to flip me off.
Wow... not very professional!! If this is any indication of how they treat their customers I would. Not do business with them.

After a year of using LawnTech I cancelled today. There is usually a kind gentleman who comes and looks like he genuinely cares about what he does but on this last occasion a different guy came and spent 15 minutes and left.

I called and asked why he only did the front of my house and they apologised and said someone would be right back. No one returned.

I called again the next day and spoke to Miles we agreed I would send him video from my ring showing that his guy only did the front. I did. The ring camera picked up every minute he was here and shows him in each clipped until he left. You

Not knowing where to go with the condition of our failing yard, the service tech agreed to come to the house for a free appraisal. He spent a long time going over the different things occurring in the yard, from shade tree issues to turf diseases to fertilizing needs, and even what he would recommend from a landscaper to improve the overall yard! Lawn Tech went beyond the call of duty on this one!
