I sent a quote request through yelp based on an inspectors report if things to get fixed when we moved into a new house. I got a near immediate response with a quote...I also paid exactly what i was quoted...no trying to mark anything up after or anything! we had other trades there the day the techs were there and the attic got left open, I messaged on yelp asking about it and they sent someone within 30 minutes to make sure it was all fixed (turns out the other trade asked them to leave it). The techs were respectful and helpful and knowledgeable. I feel so lucky to have found our new local heating

I had my HVAC system replaced after running into issues with my 21 yr. old system. I got several quotes from several companies, but most did not seem very honest and credible. I came across Ken Powers through a referral as I was shopping in Home Depot. Ken was incredible in answering any and all questions re: my project and did not offer more than what was really required. His quote was very reasonable and provided more than others with higher quotes. The project turned out great and now the family is relaxing in a comfortable and well-controlled home.

I was referred to Yorba Linda Air Conditioning by my cousin. They came out two times for two different problems with my A/C and both times they fixed the issues. Bryan was the tech on both calls and he is friendly, knowledgeable and honest. He explained each of the problems to me thoroughly. They were also very accommodating with my appointments. Today we had a vent-less air conditioner (mini-split) installed on our enclosed porch. Last week they came out to inspect the site and give us a quote. They provide great customer service on the phone and via email. The installers did a fantastic job and for much less than another contractor's quote. They arrived on time, were friendly, polite and meticulous about their work. We have used them many times in the past and will continue to do so. I highly recommend them.

Had a new system installed last year that quit working this summer. Waited for a week of 90+ degree summer days to hear from our old contractor and they never followed up. YLAC set an appointment on my first call and showed up on time. Did their inspection and some testing, found the problem and fixed it in 1 hour, charging for their basic service call.
Great service and they know what they're doing.

Is there a '0' stars somewhere?
This company came out earlier this year because my ac stopped cooling. They "fixed" it though and I sung their praises to everyone I knew.....until I found out that they put the wrong size motor in and the $400 that I spent on their services became a complete rip off. I called them, told them the issue. They said they'd call back, and fix it, never did. Guilty!
My opinion, invest in another company, this one's a bust!

They were very professional , fast, and friendly. I have had my ac fixed with a few other companies but by far, this one seems the best. They were also respectful to us, the costumers and very informative and honest about our options. I would definitely recommend this company if you would like to get your AC fixed.

Fantastic experience with this Family owned business! Called regarding an A/C issue at my Mom's house in VP and they called back right away and met me there within 15minutes (unheard of)! Amazing! My house is cool again and I am happy! Flipped on the AC and it was NOT blowing cold air like normal....of course I panicked! When my AC Unit was old and working on borrowed time so I contacted several companies in the area and chose Yorba Linda Air Conditioning. Lisa, the office Manager was friendly and perfectly understood my concern. She immediately made an appointment with Brian who came out the next day to have a look at my unit. After exchanging pertinent information, I received their offer before I even got back to my front door. Bryan and his assistant installed a new 16 seer a/c unit for us yesterday and we couldn't be happier! From the first email with Lisa (setting up a quote appointment) to the finishing touches yesterday, everything was an A++! Bryan knows his stuff - he is personable, professional, clean and they love dogs, too! He answered all of our questions and then some. They were right on time, right on price and did an excellent job of setting everything up for us (we got a new Nest thermostat), too! This review is long overdue! I had a great experience with YLAC. I needed to replace my 25 year old rooftop AC/Heater unit on my flat top roof. I had 4 different companies out to provide quotes, but knew immediately upon meeting Mike that he was knowledgeable and professional; more so than any other contractor.
Mike offered up a couple of different options, including a mini-split for our master, and steered me away from more expensive units; suggesting I research the return on paying for higher SEER units. I did and he was right.
