Unprofessional, rude, short-tempered, quit the job and strong-armed me into settling by walking away with a loss. Left my only bathroom in demolished condition for several months, then quit the job. I am extremely dissatisfied at this waste of time, money and effort. If you are considering BSC, look somewhere else!
