All About Doors was incredibly prompt in response time, the service was great and the guys were awesome. My garage door was fixed within the week. The only issue I have is that they charge one hour and a half of labor every time they come to your home. So the first time they came to assess the problem, I was charged for one and half hour of labor however, they were in my garage for 30-40 minutes. The second time they came to fix the issue, they charged another hour and a half of labor however, they were in my garage for 40 minutes. This means I was charged for three hours of labor when only 60

These guys are just spectacular!! I was having a bit of a delay at first thinking it was All About Doors, but as I came to find out it was actually my home service warranty company that was messing up. All About Doors did their part to speed up the process and ensure that my garage problem was solved. The technicians that were sent out were extremely knowledgeable!! I am a person who loves to ask questions and wants to learn a thing or two. These guys were able to tell me the difference between the brands, longevity, and things to expect. I am very impressed.

The customer service was not the greatest. Today I was informed that because the driver could not fit in the alley way on his visit to my home I was still being charged for 1hr of work although no work was completed. To then be charged again for 2 1/2 hours of work when he returned with a smaller truck and what I initially called about has still not been repaired.

Contacted All About Doors last week as my garage door was making noises that it shouldn't make. I was hoping to get someone to come out before the end of the week but to my surprise, the same day!
Randy was the young man that came out to service my noisy garage door. He had me open and close it and then started meticulously working on the adjustments that were needed. He kept using his torpedo level so it is safe to assume my door was never installed correctly and the cause of my noise.
