Terri was an excellent technician who came on time and did great work. He explained how the garage door openers and springs work. He replaced the springs expeditiously and gave me an education as to how long the the springs should last and how the garage door quality is as well as the life cycle of the springs. Great company, trustworthy, honest, professional and an all around nice guy. Great company with good ethics. Use them and don’t call anyone else.

Had a new garage door opener installed. The guy was very professional and very fast. He actually arrived early and was very friendly throughout the job. I can tell that the opener was good quality and with all the extras he threw in, I think it was good value also. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. I'll definitely go back to this company for future garage door needs.

Garage door opened only half way last night. Call Service Garage Door around 9:00 am this morning. Terry said they would come out between 12:00 to 1:00 pm. Tony showed up at 12:10 pm. (Yes, I was confused at first and thought that I heard the name wrong the first time, but there are both Terry and Tony.) He took a look at the door and assured me that shouldn't be a big problem. He quoted me a reasonable price and said all their works carried a 90 days warranty. He finished everything within 20 minutes and asked me to test the door. He was nice and answered my questions patiently. Now I have a working

Lost the garage remote and none of the generic, universal remotes would work. Service Garage Door was prompt. I sent a photo of the opener and service was scheduled quickly. Tony programmed a new remote and while there offered to lubricate and adjust the tension on one of the doors. Honest and courteous. Highly recommend.
