Gidon, the technician that arrived was incredibly friendly and patient in answering all my questions. Avoid at all cost !!!!!!!
I worked for them and would tell all to avoid this company i was always honest and helped all customers with my knowledge and experience but she is unfair on paying her employees she will also lie to you and will not provide quotes even after the sales man comes out and gives all information.
I always gave customers my # so they could call with any problems and you would not belive how many weeks peolpe would wait for a quote after the information was giving and when i would inform her she would just blow it off

Called BWI Garage Doors and explained the problem we were having with our garage door. Provided the manufacturer, the type of door and insulation.
We were provided a quote of $480. The technician came out to our house and said that they changed the entire system for that manufacturer back in 2017 and that it was going to be approximately $300 more.
Are you telling me that the dispatcher does not know your manufacturer's or that there is a complete disconnect between field knowledge and dispatch? Or rather is it that once you arrived you figured we could afford more. No thank you to your false

Highly recommend this company! I had a problem with my steel roll down garage door and Brandon was able to diagnose and repair the issue quickly and professionally. I was amazed by their timeliness and professionalism. The technician came out to assess my issue on the day of my call and as soon as I approved the estimate, he returned and provided a professional install making sure everything worked properly.

Shachar was fantastic. I called in for a possible repair and estimate for a new system. Knew nothing about garage doors/systems. He explained options to replace what I had or upgrade to belt system. I chose the belt system. It is so much better. He is knowledgeable, prompt, and did the job quickly and cleaned up everything behind himself. He was fair with an competitive pricing. Now I have a new garage motor.
