Don't risk a closure or fine! The California Governor signed AB1020 into law on 10/11/2009 compelling compliance with the Federal Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act by 7/1/2010. Failure to complywill result in the closure of your pool and spa and/or a fine. The act is designed to improve pool and spa safety and reduce injuries and fatalities.
