I have been a customer of Pennywise for over 10 years and could not be more pleased with all that they do, from providing fuel, to replacement and maintenance of the heating system and maintenance of air conditioning, everyone, from the front desk to customer service and the delivery and repair team, has been outstanding. They Were so Rude on the phone to a family who has been through so much struggle in the past few months. I will never use their company or recommend them. They claim we have a leak in our oil tank, after 1 month of holding a white styrofoam lid under the tank and 3 plumbers looking at it, there is no leak. They refused to deliver to get us through the weekend storm, and followed it with a very rude "you had a month to deal with it", like money grows on trees for a new tank. I strongly advise never using this company due to the pure principal of human decency

Jack and the team at Pennywise are top notch. Jack consulted closely with me throughout the process of selecting/spec'ing the right equipment. We installed a mitsubishi heat/ac system with three zones at our house on the shoreline here in OS. His advice was always valuable and on-target. He was very flexible when it came to getting the system installed in time for the weather and his installation team are very professional. Can't say enough good things about the group there at Pennywise. No hesitation: hire them!

I called Pennywise to get a quote for a ductless mini split. I was amazed by the quote that They gave us and to be honest I felt like Jack was going to take care of what we needed. Once we got the quote we waited a very short period and we where booked and paperwork was in. It' was great to get it in right before Christmas!!!
