We had a pipe break in our basement recently, carpets soaked and about a 1/4 inch of water in our bathroom. We got most of the water cleaned up and thought we were good. Just to make sure, we had All Pro come out to check and bring some massive fans to get that last bit of moisture out. Little did we know, we had moisture half way up our dry wall... right next to where our son plays with his toys. If we hadn't had them out, we probably would have had mold growing in a walls since we thought we got all the water ourselves. Rebecca, Miranda, and Jim do an amazing job.
