Services
We take care of your lawn mowing and landscaping needs so that you can rest easy knowing that your property is aesthetically pleasing! We offer a la carte options to keeping your property looking great! We have no binding contracts, and you only get billed for services we do. We invoice at the end of every month, and you can pay several ways.
A. I hold a Class C license. This license is restricted to contracts/projects that are less than $10,000, with the total amount of all contracts/projects performed in a twelve month period remaining below $150,000. As New Earth grows, so will the contract license. A. I carry a $1,000,000 policy for liability, casualty, and property damage, along with workers compensation.
I am a veteran of the U.S. Army and earned degrees in landscape management and horticulture from Fort Hays State University. I have been involved in the landscape industry (the original "Green Industry") for over 20 years. Most of all, I love my clients and really love helping them make great decisions about their landscapes and gardens!
I truly appreciate that you put lawn care in front of revenue. My former lawn service would cut every week, unless I called into the office to request a "skip", regardless of rain, temps, etc!
We were sitting on our deck this morning and as I was looking out over the lawn on both the neighbors property and ours, I realized how dramatically different it is than before we discovered New Earth - I remember an enormous expanse of weeds slowly encroaching on our lawn and spotty grass - today we see an uninterrupted blanket of rich green, beautiful grass - thank you!First of all I have a very awkward schedule.

Jon and crew continue to give outstanding service with dedication and skill. Specifically, they have overcome extensive damage caused by a major construction project- and that was two 24 inch gas pipelines that completely cut through the entire property! Our turf is now lush and even.
A special thanks to Jon for a very generous contribution to the church of gas powered equipment. With a volunteer work force, these pieces have made our own grounds maintenance a much more efficient and manageable issue.
We will keep him as long as New Earth is in existence!!

Our yard has never looked better!
Jon gives us all the advice we need to keep our yard looking wonderful. He tells us when to water and how much, how long to cut the grass. Makes certain our lawn mower blade is as sharp as it should be. He is very responsive and communicates well with us as to what our next step should be. He is a grass wizard!
Everything being organic gives us hope that we will soon have lots of fireflies back in our yard in the summer. We saw a few this year and were thrilled to see their return.

We have been clients of Jon and New Earth Landscaping for over 4 years. What keeps us coming back year after year, are his affordable prices and willingness to explain (in great detail) his services that we sign up for. Jon has helped us transform our backyard from all mulch, to lush green grass!

They are very thorough and professional and really care about caring for your lawn. You get really comprehensive information about what is happening each week and why. We often get comments on how great our yard looks and I have to give them all the credit. Would highly recommend them (in fact many of my neighbors have begun using them after seeing the results)!

We really appreciate the work John does for us, and the care and individual attention he gives our yard. He looks at the yard every week, and we get regular updates and lots of useful information. It is much more than just a lawn service to us. When the lawn does not need cutting or cutting would do more harm than good, he knows and holds off. We really appreciate that level of concern. We highly recommend. Plus, in the fall he does a fantastic job with leaf maintenance.

Jon, and the New Earth team have been great! I've used them for 4 years now. What I appreciate the most is that he will not put the mowers in your yard if he thinks it will damaged the turf. He will forgo collecting the service fee that week if he does not think your grass is ready to be cut, or if running the mowers will damage the turf. I probably save $150-200 a season over a company that just charges a flat, per season, rate.

Highly recommend this company! The owner is not about the money - he frequently contacts you to tell you when and why he will mow and often will forgo mowing if its not needed (therefore saving you money). This is an environmentally friendly company that persuades you to take care of your lawn is a responsible manner. I cannot put into words how much better this company is that TruGreen (who I used for two years).

New Earth Landscaping offers top notch full service lawn care. We have used New Earth for the past three years and are incredibly happy with the service provided. Before New Earth we had used another small company and our experience was less than stellar. Jon at New Earth could tell what was done wrong, could fix it, and did so with the CUSTOMER in mind, not his bottom line. He is caring and respectful of our lawn and does what he would do for his own yard/family for all his customers.
