We hired West Bay to REDO landscaping we had done last year by another company. Nick and his crew were the BEST! Nick stayed and got his hands dirty with the rest of the team--unlike some other supervisors who drop off and run. Oscar is a digging machine, his old school landscaping skills are awesome. We were very pleased with the quality of the… large palm trees they shipped in from Miami. They were also very helpful in educating us on where to relocate many old plantings. There were some glitches getting the irrigation system to operate properly, but they have been very responsive in coming

Rudest people ever I don't know how many times I've told them, to be careful around my car I have dings and grass on my car all the time after they're done come to find out none of them even speak English so they just say yes ok. and then there were other times where we have asked them to cut the hedges that they keep on missing and then they tell us next week next week and then it goes 4 weeks before you actually get somebody to do something and that after telling them three times first. and when they do it they do it half-assed
