I had Hammond refinish all our 1st floor hardwood in 2018 - $4349.
Today I called their office and inquired about the stain they created for our floor's color. I explained that I'm trying to match their stain color for a railing I'm installing. The lady on the phone didn't seem very eager to help. I had to keep digging for answers and she was of no help to find a solution. After providing our address and last name, she put me on hold for 5 minutes - probably because I wasn't sure of when the work was done - and when she returned she said they have no record of our name or address.

We hired Hammond's to install 4 inch white oak flooring on our entire first floor, about 1000 sf. We selected the Early American stain and satin finish. We chose the flush registers and had Hammond's install the shoe molding. We stayed home during the 3-4 days of sanding and stayed at a local bnb during the staining and poly coating. We did the tear out of the previous floor, but it would have been worth it to let Hammond's handle that. The time and cost of the dumpster didn't save us much. Communication was excellent during the process and the floors are beautiful.

I just wanted to share that I could not be happier with the hardwood floor refinishing that took place at our home last week. Our house was built in 1924 and was in dire need of a redo. Hammonds Hardwood Flooring gave us a fair quote, executed the refinishing process with little dust and even applied the final coat of poly on a Saturday! Justin, Gordy and Jacob were a pleasure to deal with during the multi day process.
I would certainly recommend them for your hardwood refinishing needs!

Hammonds just finished my kitchen and bathroom and I couldn't be happier. Chrissy in the office is very friendly and handles everything punctually. The installer, Rusty, was always on time and did excellent work. When I had an issue with the flooring where my tub with legs was going they came back right away and fixed the problem. Pricing was very fair. I would encourage anyone to use this company. Excellent!

Ron Hammonds, the owner, came out to give the estimate.He is a true gentleman! I was referred to them by a friend who recommended them.I had them sand,stain,seal my hardwood floors with 3 coats of polyurethane afterward.They are a fourth generation family business from 1954!I had Ryan,(Ron's son),Eddy,Michael working on my job.Their job was stellar -they showed when they said they would,and the finished product looks BRAND NEW!I am a contractor and will highly recommend them to my clients!Use them, and you will love them!
