- Miriam visited us promptly and on time. we stated what we would like to have done and that her input was most valuable due to we only get one chance at this and if she had any other inputs along the way to throw them in, and it turned out to be the start of a great working relationship.

Very nice people to talk to initially. First visit was very good and they had some great ideas on building our new deck. We were not in a big hurry to get the deck built this time of year, but after waiting for 2 months and still not having a bid from them we decided to look for a different contractor. Maybe we just caught them at a bad time, but their follow up was virtually non-existent as well. They seem to have difficulties with obtaining engineering services.
