At first they were great. We called to have our septic pumped and looked at because we suspected our tree roots had crushed it. This was months ago. They confirmed we needed a new one. Then things got very slow.. we wanted an estimate and that changed a few times. We finally got our quote & we signed the contract. They promised they would do it in October. We kept having to call them to find out when things were going to start and when we did get a hold of them their response was always something like, oh we were getting some more estimates for parts to make it cheaper.. which seemed

I've used this company before and had great experience which is why I'm giving a 3 star. May just have been a busy time but I called twice and then finally went online to fill out a work order because I didn't get a return call. Someone got back and scheduled the pump out and no one showed during the scheduled week. After sending two emails I was finally called back and they showed up within the next few days.
I understand a busy time, but a little customer service goes a long way. A call to let me know they wouldn't make it the week they scheduled for would have kept me

Warning!! very unresponsive company. I had an inspections set up , but the appointment had to be postponed to another date because of an unrelated matter. As with most contracts , the purchase was based on septic passing inspection. After that Blue Diamond never answered the phone, , always a girls voice on a voice mail. That alone isn't bad if they always call back. however I called 3 times over 3 different days explaining how critical and time sensitive rescheduling was. You only have 10 days typically to get your results and cancel your purchase. The company never called back one
