Rotterdam septic was supposed to come to from 12 to 2 I sat here till 2:30 and still never showed up. To begin with their overpriced. The customer service representative was very rude I told me she couldn't guarantee a time they would be here when I told her I had to be to work she told me they can just come in and go ahead and pump out your system and just leave you an invoice. I have sprinkler systems and I have layouts of where the system would be and I need to show them and I told her no I would not have that happen that I want to be here. And she very rudely told me that I was being ridiculous

I called on a Friday about getting an estimate for a full system replacement and was told that someone could take a look at it that Saturday. I called to follow up on Monday but had to leave a voicemail. Tuesday, no one answered again- left a voicemail. Wednesday. Thursday… I eventually gave up because no one was returning my calls.

Highly recommend Rotterdam Septic..I dont know why anyone would use any other Septic Company. We had another local company here, hired by the future owners, to inspect our septic. They gave a estimate for baffles and riser 4x the amount of what we ended up paying. In my opinion the other company was taking advantage of the fact that we were selling. Thank you Larry and staff!!
