I had a fantastic experience with Guardian Flooring. They installed solid oak flooring throughout my entire first floor and sanded and refinished my stairs. They were responsive and quick with an estimate, communicated exactly what to expect, followed through on everything they promised to do, and were just overall really nice and great problem solvers when a couple unexpected things came up. They did a really great job on the install and the floors look beautiful. I would highly recommend.

We found Guardian Floor Advancements on Angies List, and are so completely satisfied and grateful we found them. They were super responsive, professional, timely, and the floor project looks fantastic. They completely sanded our floors, applied a sealer, and then (2) coats of a water based polyurethane. I showed Kristen a photo of what I wanted. She knew right away what it was and it would be over my budget to order through their suppler. She told me how much to get and I was able to find it on my own. I sent texts and pictures and she made sure it was right. They delivered it and when Dave came back for installation, they had it done in 2 days. The stair nose was way redder than the board next to it and it bugged me from day 1. I thought I was stuck. A month later I texted Kristen and sent photos. Dave was out 2 weeks later when I was available. He replaced the board and touched up a few other

You can not ask for a better company. They went above and beyond in all aspects. Came on site to go over materials, extremely accurate measurements, went an extra mile after insurance was difficult to say the least, on time every day, and finished ahead of schedule with everything being PERFECT! I can not express my appreciation enough and words can not describe how great this group is!

Great customer service. I had 20 year old floors refinished. Wasn’t sure what color to go with. They were very helpful and put the sample stain right on my floor. Made the decision much easier. They even bring the samples of engineered flooring to your house. Great communication throughout the whole process!

My wife and I bought our first home and wanted to make some immediate changes, so like any inexperienced DYI expert I dove right into removing tile flooring from our entryway (see photos for aftermath). Dave & Kristen were wonderful to work with on our restoration of the original hardwood floors in our 1861 Victorian! My husband and & I pulled up the existing old carpet and discovered the hardwood floors were still in good condition! Those old floors seemed to have potential and we just couldn't bring ourselves to hide them again under carpeting.
