We knew we wanted a pretty extensive upgrade to our home but didn't know exactly what to do. Curt guided us through the process with renderings and suggestions on our full exterior makeover and remodel. This helped us narrow in on exactly what we really wanted. After the Design, Architectural Builders of SWFL, Inc. (AB), seamlessly, created budgets, gathered bids, Permits, and then started construction. Architectural Builders complete a major renovation of our kitchen and master bathroom. Mr. Gunder worked closely with us on details needed for most all our construction, fixture, flooring, cabinets, and tiling decisions.

We are very happy with the work that Architectural Builders did for us on our remodel project on Sanibel. Curt approached our project in a professional manner with a detailed cost estimate and descriptive scope of work. He worked with us to control costs throughout the project and provided accurate and detailed construction draws. To me the Company is a general contractor that does the design work for your help and tool for making the decision to hire the company. The same design details are used by the individuals trades to follow and price their work to the designs and the products chosen. Architectural believes in measuring twice and cutting once as the saying goes. Hands on and follow up are standard. We felt comfortable being 1400 miles away and absent from the work. The price was not cheap but we had comfort in the company. The second time was as good as the first.

After meeting with Curt and working with him on our combined design,we knew this would be an excellent home. And, crafted by experienced workmen and done in a timely fashion. We had a great working relationship with good suppliers, chosen by Curt, and the design truly fits our style and the neighborhood we settled in. There has not been a moment since moving in, that we have had second thoughts or "wish we would have done or changed a thing". Last month our refrigerator broke down and we called Logan but there was a problem the service elevator in Condo was out of order and couldn’t get a new one till it was fixed because of its size. Well Logan came to the rescue and lent us a temporary one he had that night. Very professional and caring (definitely would recommend Architectural Builders).
