The guy who helped us with our random occurring insect problem was very nice. His name was Jason & we had an interesting conversation about bugs. He was very funny, entertaining & professional. He was nice enough to help us even though he was finished with his job for that day. All questions asked & answered passionately as if he really studied hard, cared about his work, & loved his job.
You will not an Ant infestation most likely near a food source such as a left out bowl of animal food, crumbs in a cabinet, or outside in your garbage. Ants are either looking for a place to keep safe or food to eat. Many homes offer both if you have any food that is not secured. An Ant can easily be drawn and come in droves to search through an opened cereal box, for example.
Bed Bugs in your home does not necessarily mean that is where they originated from. You could have brought them home from vacation in luggage, picked them up while out, or even an adjacent home may have them which led them over to your home. The common theory is that Bed Bugs live in filthier conditions but this is not true.
You might discover Bees in your yard, casually pollinating flowers and other vegetation you may have in a garden. The most common Bees you will see are Bumble Bees or Honey Bees. They come in shades of Black and Yellow. Sometimes, they can be easily confused of other flying bugs such as Wasps or Yellow Jackets.

I want to complement Matt and his high level of commitment during his evaluation of my in-home pest problem yesterday. He provided the confidence and knowledge I was looking for in a service technician.

Very impressed with this business. From the start, they were quick to help my problem over the phone, and got two technicians over my house within a couple hours! The entire team at Pro-Action is fantastic, from speaking with the office and getting a same-day appointment to treatment. Jesse came to treat our pest problem and he was extremely polite and professional. He did a very thorough inspection and treatment. He was very knowledgeable about our issue as well. Jacob was on-time, polite, and most important efficient. He met our needs and expectations. We have a veggie garden and he took the necessary precautions to ensure that our crops were safe. We've had other people come out to remedy our issue but the issue returned shortly after. Jacob explained before and after his treatment. I waited to review just to make sure the applications worked. As just like Jacob explained the treatment worked and we can enjoy our backyard again. Oh yeah and he took special care to the little creatures hiding in our grass too. He found a baby rabbit hiding in the grass

Matt came to our house in late Autumn last year to look at our lawn which seemed to have been attacked by any number of unidentified rodents. He treated the area with a product that took care of much of the problem but now that it is Spring we seem to have a slightly different pattern of damage. He came to the house and looked carefully and applied a different type of treatment for what appears to be skunk, squirrel, and moles. He took a lot of time to evaluate the problem and a lot of time to apply the chemicals needed to rid the property of the culprits and discourage reentry. Matt is really

This summer has been an incredibly bad year for hornets, wasps, and bees. I called another pest control company that we had used for other purposes in the past but they were unwilling to assist. I was told that if the nests aren't on our property then there is nothing they could do. If you have a Yellow jacket issue call an BEE Exterminator not Pro Action! I had Pro Action come out twice and the Yellow Jackets got worse. The powder Pro Action uses does not work. I called a BEE Exterminator and they are now gone. Pro Action was very nice and professional but they did not get the job done. Don't waste your money like i did, google Bee Exterminator!!
