Everyone very pleasant to work with but unwilling to correct a service failure. I left for out of town the day they performed the service and unable to check the results until my return when I noticed a group of windows that needed more cleaning and sent pictures I was told they would return and then told they have a policy that requires any concerns be addressed within 48 hours and would not be able to accommodate my request to come back and clean the windows

They did a great job and easy to schedule. They also reached out to reschedule me when the weather wasn't going to be great! They were professional, and our house is so much cleaner. We are a new construction home and had a ton of dust and dirt all over the front of our house and thanks to them it is clear! Additionally all of our windows are so clean now!
Definitely going to use them again, and likely do this 1-2x times a year. Highly recommended.

We have a big house and washing all the windows is a huge job. Cameron takes great care to get not only windows clean but ledges too. Even though the job took a long time, he didn’t rush to finish or cut corners. I love Worried Bird! Their system can also reach difficult windows that other companies have been frustrated with or simply couldn’t clean.
Fantastic customer service as well. Sent me a text the morning of 30 min before arriving so I could plan my day.

Worried Bird cleaned my windows last week. My windows were really bad after that mud storm a month or two ago. Also my house is new construction so the windows had all kinds of cement and other stuff on them. I can't believe what a difference this made. The windows are perfect, and the window seals are also clean. I had a window that is hit by a sprinkler and had hard water all over it. They got it all off - window looks new!

Worried Bird has been doing my windows for several years. I am on their maintenance plan. They do a lovely job calling me to schedule when I forget, and they are always very professional and courteous. The owner is fantastic but his employees are also good and thorough.

We had Worried Bird restring our 9 year old Christmas tree with new led lights. Their price was good, answered all our questions and concerns. We are kind of picky and they met all our concerns. Tree was done on time as promised. Tree looks beautiful and with new led lights will last a long time again. I highly recommend them. Thanks for the good work.
