Actually had quoted a job for David at 9700.00 estimated 3 weeks. After the story of plenty of work after this job, I had agreed to 4500.00, and would use his helper.
After a week and a half into the job I find out that David was going to take out his helpers pay (150.00 a day x 3 weeks, for no knowledge at all in construction) out of my pay. Spoke to David and explained this is NOT what we agreed to. "Just finish the job and we can talk about it after completed." Now that was pretty funny of course.
Now mind you, David had told me a story of another construction guy he had do some work for him
