July 2019 North Texas. Un-insulated attic houses 2 water heaters and 3 HVAC systems, uses passive vents and soffit intakes and not enough of them. In the Summer it is 130 to 140.
I had to replace the roof shingles and decided to try forced ventilation. I don't want more electric wires in the attic and ongoing electric bill so solar will do. Roofing contractor suggested a few top brands that they had no call backs. Was told not to get the US Sunlight at Costco.
Two Attic Breeze 30-Watt fans AB-3022A installed facing South with the optional Breeze Mate Controller. On sunny days they run 9 to 7pm

After a warranty claim on a fan not working properly Mike from Attic Breeze went above and beyond to help with the situation. turns out the fan was fine but the intake on the house was not sufficient due to vaulted ceilings around perimeter where the soffit vents were supposed to be working. he even left a monitor for the fan which was not necessary or expected so that's about the best customer service anyone can expect from a company

The product is great! Customer service is not great. My Attic Breeze did not work from the moment it was installed. Contacted Attic Breeze and they emailed me some instructions to troubleshoot the unit myself. During this call they talked to me like I was stupid. They were very condescending. Good thing I had a voltmeter and other things that were required. Followed the instructions and emailed back the results. Few hours later I had not heard anything from them so I called them. Avery said she was waiting to hear from Jeff on what he wanted to do. Never heard anything back from them. A week later

Have been using Attic breeze since 2013 after installing four of them on my own home. Since I'm in the roofing business ( own Accent Roofing of Amarillo) I see I wide array of these fans and I was especially impressed with the way the Attic Breeze were packaged and constructed(great quality) vs the competition (flimsy,underpowered and lousy warranty). We have installed an awful lot of these fans with no known failures as of yet. Only complaint is we used to buy direct and Attic Breeze started going through distribution only and none of the distribution in my area are stocking them due to cost

I called Customer Service to verify installation requirements for my Solar Attic Vent project (vent model AB-252A + radiant barrier + blown in insulation). Roofers working and needed assistance ASAP for stuff you can't get from manuals. Avery solved all my doubts on the fly giving me confidence to execute my plan knowing that I had the right product and fit for my attic ventilation needs. I would write back in the middle of the North TX summer to share my opinion on product performance, but knowing that I have the right people behind the brand is half the battle. Thanks guys!!

As the VP of an AC company that sells Attic Breeze (New Balance A/C, Inc.,) I thought it would be a good idea to install the solar powered ventilator in our own house. I couldn't be more pleased with Attic Breeze and highly recommend it to friends, family and customers. My summer electric bills (Houston) have not been more than $110 / month, and I am reassured that the attic temperature is better controlled with the fan continuously doing its job to remove heat from the attic.....all from the sun. -so cool.

Went to order from mfgr. On there website like last time. Was told I could not cause now they have distributors. Went to there website to find the closest distributor. That distributor said they did not carry the product. Went to the next closet distributor. The were totally unfamiliar with the product and got the order wrong 3 times over the phone. After the 3rd time, drove to the distributor, who still did not know the product, went on the website with him to explain to him the correct parts required (again), listen to him phone in the order to Attic Breeze.
