I had a leak under my kitchen sink. The entire bottom was soaked. When the plumber from Big John's came out, he said he could not find the source and that maybe I spilled something. They charged me $125 and left. 2 days later, I found the source. I messaged them to come back and fix it and I was ignored, so I had to call another plumber...and by this time, the wood was rotted that I had to pay to get that fixed as well. Their plumber, Ramon, showed up with a mask, was very nice and professional. We needed our sewer line scoped with a video and he took the time to capture everything we needed. He was persistent when the camera kept getting hung up inside the sewer line. I appreciated his patience in getting our job completed as it was hot outside.

Had a plumbing leak as I was leaving town. My regular service company was unavailable. Big John's Got plumber scheduled same day that I called. I Texted photos of situation to Big John himself, and got an eye popping quote. I Was desperate, and so I swallowed hard and said "OK." I can not thank your company enough for the excellent service we received today. When a previously scheduled plumber (another company) fell through at the last minute, I called Big John's Plumbing. To all my veteran friends if you need plumbing done look no further than Big John's Plumbing. How about having someone who is honest and friendly . Big John came out Saturday night and fixed my plugged kitchen sink . I have had several companies come out and tell me it will cost 1k to power flush my lines. They were liars and wanted to just make money. I have never met a plumber who was honest until I called big John's Plumbing. Plus his son was so nice and very smart. I was really impressed by this plumber and will use next time! When I called, they were very nice. They able to explain what might be the problem and they gave me an estimate over the phone. They were able to come out the next business day. The plumber was knowledgeable and honest. The price was reasonable . I would definitely recommend them!

They said they were going to be here between 2-4pm the next day.

Buyer beware. I was charged a $125 fee to come out and look at my water heater which would be applied to the repair if I use them. They ordered the warrantied part and I was to pay a total of $175 for installation. The water heater still did not work so they now told me I needed a new water heater which was under warranty. But I must pay for the repair they did that did not work. They charged me an additional $1057 to install. Never crediting me the $125 towards any repairs. In all I was charged $1182 for them to install a water heater. Not to mention I was without hot water for almost 2 weeks

Many thanks to John Hernandez, owner of Big John's Plumbing. Ramon, from his company, came out yesterday and replaced our pressure regulator, which showed over 100 pounds of pressure. This was dangerously high. Now, it's at 60 pounds, which is in the safe range. Based on another quote we received, we got a very good price, too.
Another neighbor also had dangerously high pressure, which they did not notice until the water line behind their refrigerator burst and caused thousands of dollars of damage to their home.
