They kept me in the loop for their arrival time and they were on time. Their rate was responsible. Very professional and personable. My basement carpet was soiled and it looks like new even the stairs came out awesome as well as our livingroom. I would highly recommend them. We add H+ Ions to our rinse water to neutralize the Hydroxide Ions in the deteregnets
