Presently, we manage over 270 stores, encompassing over 17 million square feet of self storage in 33 states. SAM was founded in 2010 by Jay Hoke and Alyssa Quill. We bring the experience and knowledge gathered from managing hundreds of storage facilities, but create a unique strategy for every individual property.
