During our 34 years of service to the greater Charlotte community, we have worked with generations of families - the children of our customers have used our quality services when they grew up and wanted to increase the value of their own homes. Together we have created comfortable new living spaces such as renovated master bedrooms, enlarged family rooms, beautiful efficient kitchens, new garages, multi level decks, custom sunrooms and more.
JFK Construction offers a wide range of home remodeling services with customer satisfaction our top priority. What makes us different? We have a unique combination of services which are rarely found together in one remodeling company. We have a record of reliability and stability having worked in the home remodeling business for nearly 34 years.

The initial estimate is free as long as you are the owner of the property at that time. For a property you are considering for purchase, there is a small, upfront fee for an estimate which is applied toward the project if we do the work. It is not necessary. If you need help with plans, we do design work in-house and we also work with several architects and designers.

There are learning experiences ~ this was a landmark for us & stressful, stressful & did I say stressful. Lesson learned. We expected JFK to supervise and check up on the progress of his subcontractors. He did not and when we told him there were severe issues (see photos) he told us to deal with "Randy" ourselves. When we showed him the actual photos he was shocked. Finally my husband demanded he come to the house and inspect the jobs. He down played the lack of professionalism and craftsmanship. He never apologized or took responsibility. We spent hours (several trips to the tile store) buying

I highly recommend JFK Construction Company for construction work around your home. My husband and I had the company build a large screened in porch to the back of our house and I could not be happier.
The men were professional and courteous; the work was excellent and done according to schedule. The owner, Fred Katz, paid frequent trips to oversee that the work was done to his specifications. Any last minute changes I wanted were met with a can-do attitude that I truly appreciated.
We will definitely be using JFK Construction on any future contract work we have done.
