Services
We are a full-service pool cleaning company. We offer three levels of pool service; Water Management Service, Partial Cleaning Program, Deluxe Full Service Cleaning Program, and several miscellaneous services to address the individual needs of our pool customers. In this program, we take care of the chemical treatment of your pool.
With 30 years in the pool industry, NEFPS has grown to become your all in one pool care company. Our Repair Division can handle all your pool problems from a leaky pipe to a full restoration. We can get your pool from costing you money with dated equipment to saving you money with energy efficient products.
Old concrete pools usually have multiple places where they can leak due to deteriorating plaster, layers of peeling paint, loose tile, cracks and defects in the shell of the pool or the piping and filtration system. There can be multiple causes, including but not limited to, old age, loose tile, poor construction and prior renovations.
We have three levels of service. They include our Water Management Service, Partial Cleaning and Deluxe full service programs. A service record will be kept inside your time clock which documents the date and time of our service technicians' most recent visit. Swimming should be delayed for a period of two hours minimum after chemicals have been added to your pool.

Alex at NE Pools meet every appointment (the estimate and installation) on time and with knowledgeable expertise. He also came twice after the installation to fix a minor problem and answer our questions. We had the entire pool equipment including heater replaced a month ago. Runs great and easier to clean. I highly recommend this company and especially Alex.

Had an issue with our filter. Pentair was giving us a little run around and after letting them know I needed the pool for a planned party they replaced the filter and will deal with Pentair separately. Their tech Alex was fantastic, showed earlier than expected and did a Nascar swap out of the filter and had my pool running within 30 min cleared up.

I have a pool that needed some TLC. I assumed two components were broken and expected to pay for two replacements. Alex did the service call and took the time to open and clean all the contacts, wiring, etc. He talked me through everything and both were working when he left. The timer failed to kick off several hours later. He responded quickly and got me a quote to replace and got it done right when I asked. I was impressed with the honesty and integrity to attempt to fix and not overcharge then to respond quickly and get it all up and running! Thank Alex!!

I’ve been a customer for over 25 yrs Tom, Eric, and Alex are extremely knowledgeable very professional and eager to respond to whatever issue I’ve had over the years. Yesterday, Alex replaced my pool filter system. Due to his extreme knowledge he had my pool back up n running in about an hour. Very friendly polite and knew exactly what he was doing!

Still waiting for someone to return our phone call regarding installation of an unnecessary part on a broken pool heater that needs to be replaced. If you do not know who I am, maybe you should check your list of customers you have failed to follow up with. Thanks. More reviews coming soon if I do not get a follow up contact.
The pool cleaner Savannah has done an amazing job cleaning the pool that we can't use due to the broken heater. She is extremely nice and genuine.

I was highly impressed with the quality of service and professionalism of NEFPS. Our tech, Alex was very professional and answered all of our questions on top of doing a quick repair to our pool pump plumbing. He even took a look at another issue we had without complaint and offered some possible solutions. Some companies would have asked we make another appointment. Will definitely use again in the future.
