I would give Franks Pool Service six stars if Google would allow. These guys were great. Recently had my pool resurfaced and they did a excellent job. A group of very hardworking guys who provide outstanding service. Their price wasn’t the least or most expensive, it was fair. In a time where home improvement companies barely return calls, overcharge, show up late (if at all), these guys are different. What I think is most impressive, is their willingness to explain with absolute specifics as to what they do during each process step and why. Well done, David, Eric and Doug.

Made an appointment for a pipe leak on my pool pump. They showed up on time, made the repair, charged a reasonable amount and were courteous and friendly. They will see more business from me in the future when I rebuild and remake my pool.
EDIT 10/28/2021-- Ended up taking care of issues, following up etc. Kind of fell into a black hole but they came out of it. I will use them again--
EDIT- 02/16/2021-- Beginning to wonder about them. Won't return phone calls, give updates etc. Will leave a new review after this latest issue is addressed.

Highly recommend this company. We had our pool resurfaced, our pool deck and patio rebuilt as well as our front porch. Frank’s Pool Service did an amazing job. They were efficient, precise and clean. They came in on budget. Frank was honest with us about the timeline, cost and what could be accomplished. Great communication. The follow up service is remarkable as well.

Sometimes a company just gets it right. A couple of years ago, Frank's Pool Services did a resurface of my 20 y/o pool. Great job, nice price. Very happy.
Two years later, substantial delamination of the surface and cracks! Horrible. Expected Frank's to give me a hard time or at least make me pay something to fix. NO!
I brought it to their attention, they took a look and said don't worry. They immediately said they would fix, do it right and all at no cost to me. And that is exactly what they did. Took the surface off across the entire pool and put an entire new surface

Frank's Pool Service recently completed a remodel of my 20 year old saltwater in ground swimming pool. It came out fantastic thanks to the recommendations made to me by the service manager Dave and the good workmanship applied to the overall work. Have provided some photos of my completed pool which now looks brand new. I have been using Frank's Pool Service for pool cleaning for years and have always been impressed with their pool technicians professionalism and attention to detail. David was very responsive to all my questions. Despite COVID-19 shutdowns, the work continued and I am very grateful. We are loving our new oasis.

I used them for 2 years and they where great. Very professional, my bill even got behind and they worked with me on it. Once my bill was cleared up I called them back and asked them to start services again. There was an initial clean up that had to be done and after that it was horrible. The guy doing our pool was lazy and my pool has not looked good since he has been taking care of it. The thing that surprised me was that when I called to cancel services they never tried to make it right or even offer a new person to come out to my home or even try and keep my business. They simply said well ok
