Paragon Pools was great to work with! We contacted multiple pool companies to come out and give us a quote. Luigi was absolutely wonderful and gave us a very reasonable number for all new tile and pebble tec. We easily made up our mind to go with Paragon after speaking with him. He told us how great Casey, the owner, was to work with and how he just wants his customers to be happy with their pool. Luigi was right, Casey & crew were great! Casey and his team did a great job resurfacing our pool and replacing our tiles. The entire process took less than 2 weeks. They had all materials lined up before starting so there were no delays at all. Before and after pictures posted. We chose midnight blue pool finish.

Filled out their contact form on their website and they never responded at all. The response to this is incorrect. You may have behind the scenes asked another company to contact me, but you never contacted me referring me to another company. In the end, I go no response to my repair request from you or the company that you said you contacted. I even have your emails stating that you didn't contact me because you passed my request to another company. So the feedback that you 'recommended' another company is false and misleading. You contacted me after I posted a negative review doing some CYA stating

Paragon Poole has been working on my pool all summer and still not done. the repair work is horrible. backyard a mess. new painted patio covered in marcite. and ruined my steps. Take this review as a favor to anyone looking to spend money with this company... 12,000.00 down the drain along with the summer swimming in my pool.
