Your reviews are phenomenal and I know your company lives up to these high standards but maybe your sub-contractors or the City Of Brentwood are responsible for the sloppy job of the utility work on Church St. for the Callie Development. It’s hard to believe how the street repair was cut in and left with a good 6-8 inch elevation in the two lane roadway. This street is highly trafficked as you well know and I personally drive this route several times a day! Not every vehicle driven is equipped with the suspension of a four-wheeled drive pickup!

They build an amazing house. Brandon is absolutely committed to building a quality home. He has a high level of attention to detail and stands behind his product even when it cost him money. He has long-standing relationships with the best subcontractors in town, which means his houses are built to a consistent high standard. After almost 9 months in the house, I can honestly his service after the closing is just as good as it is during the building process. A++++++++++++
