This builder has owned the lot #13 in the Brentwood Lights neighborhood for months and has refused to maintain it in any way, in full violation of HOA standards, in spite of notices and penalties for weeks. It is unprofessional and baffling why they will not simply mow the property. Weeds are standing over 4 feet tall and the lot is a complete eyesore since their sign went up. If this is how they refuse to do simple things, and refuse to respond to the numerous polite requests from the HOA, what kind of quality do you think they'll put into their homes?
