Services
Brushed Glazes offer a soft decorative contrast, the result of individually hand wiping and brushing every finished part in your kitchen. Brushed Glazing is available on all door styles and finish colors. Please consult with your designer for details. VersaColor paints are available with standard glaze, brushed glaze and heirloom finish options.
Avoid using abrasive cleaning products such as tub and sink cleansers, scouring powder, scouring pads, steel wool or self polishing waxes. Attend to liquids, organic matter and oils that may accumulate on your waste cabinetry doors. Tend to spills immediately as prolonged exposure to stains increases the chance of discoloration.
Kabinart accessories are manufactured to fit Kabinart cabinets. When purchasing your own accessories, please note that our face frames are 1.75 wide and you must pay close attention to the required cabinet opening dimensions of your purchase. Kabinart's finish is a multi-step process designed to be applied with professional spray equipment.
Kabinart offers premium construction features that are standard on every cabinet we manufacture. 3/4 plywood laminated two sides with banded front edge, adjustable in wall, base and tall cabinets. 3/8" plywood, 2 1/2" wide I-beam construction, extending from inside top front frame to back hanging rail and dadoed into end panels of base cabinets.

Same experience as recent others before me. Spent $15K on a whole new kitchen. Pitiful quality control, miscuts, damage you name it. My cabinets were delivered the first week of October and I'm still waiting for the remaining replacement items. How are fully paid orders with backorders not prioritized for production? Most of the backorders finally came in around Christmas, so about 8 weeks later. My carpenter has had to repair countless items from the order just to keep the project moving.
I'd stay far away from this cabinet maker if your design rep is pushing them.

I echo the posts before me. Ordered cabinets in September. Just came a few weeks ago--weeks behind the original date. Multiple damaged, missing, backordered , incorrect style and color, you name it....With no timeline in sight for replacement. We can't move into our house without them because we can't hook up a sink without countertops. So we've been paying rent plus a mortgage on a house we can't live in.

Would not recommend, do not buy!!! My order was delayed by 3 weeks. When received, the cabinets were damaged and missing parts. Paint overspray like a 3-year old painted them, dints, dings, and falling apart. Kabinart agreed to replace the order with a 5-week rush. At the end of the 5-week timeframe, I called to check status. They had not even started on a replacement order. Managed to ruin my Thanksgiving and Christmas and I placed the cabinet order in June. Absolutely terrible customer service and you cannot get ahold of anyone one at the company to help.

Awful place. I have received my cabinets in July with a missing door.
They said it did not pass inspection and it will take another 5 weeks to make the door.
They said sometime in September they Fed Exed the door but it was lost. Then they said it will take another 5 weeks to order a new one.
About 7 days ago I have received an email that the door is in the way from Tennessee to Fl. Still no door and they dont answers the emails.
May have to go to court.
Im a small home builder and I wont ever buy anything from Kabinart.

Poor quality control, horrible customer service, won't stand behind their products.
Our cabinets have gouges, scratches and missing paint. We submitted photos to Barton's Home Outlet on May 29th in an attempt to correct the issues, but Kabinart is essentially ignoring them. I called the company and the Customer Service rep told me she doesn't deal with customers, only the stores.
The counters and appliances are on hold until the issues are resolved. I should have spent my money elsewhere with a company who respects their customers and stands behind their product, but we wanted American made and

I have had the pleasure of selling Kabinart both as a independent kitchen dealer as well as a manufacturers sales rep. As a builder and professional kitchen remodeler I have used multiple cabinet companies over the past 15 years. I have been using Kabinart for one full year now and am truly impressed with their quality and customer service. Quality is paramount and I was so pleased with the overall quality and value that I used these cabinets on my parents project and they love them. Kabinart has been nothing but a complete disaster. After we paid, no timeline on shipping and the sales rep has been terrible at giving any sort of response. We are really in between a rock and a hard place with as our appliances were ordered specifically for the Kabinart collection. This company only cares about taking orders and not giving any thought or care to customer service. Furthermore, our Kitchen designer who regularly purchases from Kabinart has also not been ale to get any response from the rep. or anyone else in the company. DO NOT ORDER CABINETS FROM THIS COMPANY. I waited over a year to post a review. As a former kitchen designer, I wanted champagne but had a beer budget. I love love love these cabinets. They clean easily ... perform beautifully ... and are extremely hard working. They came in perfect! (Yea ... that in itself is amazing for cabinets)
