There is always a back and forth with any home and a "punch-list" of problems that need to be fixed. Initially we had some slow communication with the builder there was some miscommunication on both sides.
After ironing that out I can say that the actual company is fair and went above and in some cases beyond to ensure that we were happy with the home they built.
As a whole the company put together a home that we love and are proud of.

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Bought a new construction home built by Capital City Construction and with a million things going into building a home, they were really active and responsive at making repairs and adjustments as we discovered the fine details. It's a really busy time moving into a new home so great to have this part of it going smoothly.
