We drove all the way over to Nashville from Memphis to meet with Erin Hurst about a Galley sink for our kitchen remodel. She was excellent AND honest about what we needed with the sink and her demonstration of what it could do to enhance our kitchen remodel was really good, we were sold! We highly recommend working with Erin for your kitchen remodel and can’t wait for our Galley sink to arrive in Memphis!

Appear to have gone out of business? Do not answer emails or their phone. Have contacted many times for an order I placed on website a month ago - but no reponse after a month of emailing and trying to call them. Update: They have charged my credit card for goods that they never shipped and multiple requests for a refund have gone unanswered. Highly recommend aganist dealing with them.

My husband and I are new to the Nashville area, so have found it hard to find reputable and reliable contractors. We were fortunate to be referred to Hartert-Russell, specifically to Don Van Arsdale, who was the project manager for our kitchen remodel. Everyone at Hartert was a pleasure to work with -- service-oriented, honest, and committed to quality. The house is old and quirky, so there were many surprises, but Don communicated often and honestly, and always delivered what he promised within the time frame he committed to and within budget. These guys are amazing wood-workers. Most of their business is custom cabinetry, but we asked them to make custom tables - one dining room and one breakfast nook.
The results are spectacular, and their people were so easy to work with. For example, we had one problem with the order, and Don resolved it. So happy to have them making our lifetime furniture!
