Mike winterized our pool this morning, which marked the end of a great first season! It is a good time to comment on our experience with Pool Pros… Mike finished the install of a River Pools D40 fiberglass pool with Pentair pool equipment early this spring. We were able to enjoy them all summer as everything worked flawlessly. Maintaining the fiberglass pool required little effort, which meant we spent more time in it vs. cleaning it – a big plus. I would definitely install this combination again.

Mike’s amazing! From his communication to the quality of work, I am 100% satisfied with our pool. When I started research on my inground pool project, I contacted Mike at Pool Pros to have him come out to do a site survey of my property. I wanted to do a complete make-over of my backyard including replacing my wooden deck with a brick & concrete deck, adding a concrete patio, and replacing all the grass with stone. Mike installed our fiberglass in ground pool in...2007? If memory serves, it was his first. Mike still services our equipment. Over the years, he has gone well beyond typical effort to be a mediator between us and Hayward Pool Equipment when we had failures in their equipment- even to go so far as to contact their regional rep, schedule a field visit at our home to ensure we got a fair deal for needed repairs. There have been many other smaller gestures ( because that Hayward one was BIG) which our kids even remember to this day. We trust Mike, and even though he is quite busy with his successful

I definitely recommend Mike Bowers at Pool Pros! Mike came to our house when we were shopping for pools. He is extremely knowledgable and answered all of our questions. Of course after he left, I had about 20 more questions that I emailed him throughout the week. He responded back to me every time within 24 hours. During the pool build, his crew was professional and built it in 1 day! We did have a faulty hose so I emailed Mike and he came the same day to replace it. Pool Pros persevered in an extremely rainy season-we appreciate working through the bad weather and delays to get our pool completed. Mike provided complete instruction on all aspects of the use and cleaning of the pool and filters. He remained flexible to our changes and additions from the original plan.
