Nuvista Homes built our dream home in Evanston NW!. The Customer service representative Carlos Martins was very professional and patient .He did a fantastic job of working with us to customize the house plan to fit our needs and within budget.
The building process was very smooth with up to date communication of construction stages. The quality of their work exceeded our expectations.
Nuvista homes completed our beautiful home on time with "WOW" effect especially to my kitchen and ensuite!
I will like Nuvista homes to add full home automation for sound/speakers etc into their future package

We recently build a home in Airdrie with New Vista. First of all, Wes our sales guy was phenomenal helping so much along the way, being prompt with changes and responses and putting up with our weekly visits. Follow up has been great so far. Even before our two month visit staff would come in and fix a few things we needed addressed and followed all covid guidelines.

I have huge respect and high recommendations for this company. We had bought a house last year that was built by NuVista in 2007. There happened to be an issue that was from when it was built and somehow was missed all those years. The error was discovered by the guy that cleaned our vents. we contacted Nuvista and they sent out some guys to check… it out. They said they would be able to correct the problem with no damage to the flooring or walls, which I was worried about. I asked how much that was going to cost and they said "nothing" due to past experiences with our last home builder

The quality of the build has been very disappointing. There have been numerous mistakes through out and when it has been a fight to address them from the start. These include such things as improper… installation of hvac systems, cutting two holes in the garage for a man door, improperly installing our flooring tiles, to a very poorly constructed deck. To top it off when concerns are brought forward they are dismissed by Nuvisat as being minor, or acceptable. I would then suggest changing the modo fro. Quality builder to an ACCEPTABLE (builder) it is definitely not the experience anyone

We recently purchased a Kirkwood home in Crestmont. The amount of superlatives I can use to explain the help I got from Estee Tsabah and Ronda Zang is never ending. Throughout the entire process they treated me with the utmost respect and were able to guide me to obtain the best possible result. Nuvista is awesome. They have a great team work. Estee, the sale manager, is very friendly and respectful person. She explained and responded our questions clearly and promptly during our waiting time.
Stive (hope I wrote his name correctly) and Greg are excellent and helpful. Procession date was on time. We moved in almost one month ago and everything is good so far. will report if we have more comment later. :)

Truly do like my NuVista home what gives them the poor rating is their lack of continued customer support. A grading issue was found when the back alley was paved, other home builders (like Pacesetter) took full responsibility and fixed every garage apron affected. Nu Vista basically told me to pound sand and any further conversations would not be addressed. Very disappointing especially when I was raving about them earlier.

We built our first home from scratch with NuVista and we had the best experience with them. Everyone was amazing. I'm talking about Mike, Melinda, Jason and of course Richard. They were all super welcoming and informative. They were with us right from the beginning and made sure we got what we wanted and then some. We seriously can't thank them… enough. HUGE RAVE to NuVista in The Willows, Cochrane!!
We bought a new house from them and they have been absolutely incredible!
I'm an interior designer and my husband is a carpenter so we're picky and hard to please... From start to finish they have been the best builders we have ever used. We will never use another builder again. That's how… impressed we are.
Only a couple of very minor deficiencies which they fixed right away. I really can't rave enough about them.
We have our dream home.
If you're thinking of buying a home I highly recommend NuVista.

We had a house built by NuVista Homes and are extremely happy with the result. We have built with other builders over the years and had a good idea what should be expected. They were fantastic from start to finish and did a brilliant job in all aspects of building our home. Client communication was excellent, also. The sales people were friendly… and gave lots of useful info. We have received so many compliments from our friends on our house and its layout and design. We have to give a lot of credit to our builder. It made all the difference in the type of home we ended up with.

I cannot comment about the whole experience as I am living next door to the home they are building, but I would definitely be concerned with the quality of the home as I have interacted with the tradespeople. Some have been very nice, but one got angry with me for asking him to clean up his mess in my backyard and they sprinkled nails across my driveway (and admitted it to me), Thankfully I did not get a flat... To me, I would be concerned about the quality of their work as the tradesman are a strong reflection of that... The builder has also not addressed me calls whatsoever, so service is really
