I called this company 3 months ago to patch some places to match the existing concrete floor that they put in for me. They gave me an estimate and said that they would put me on the schedule when they could. A month later they call to say that I'm on the schedule for 2 months out. I saw there ad in home improvement flyer. What caught my eye was the statement that they don't have to tear up my driveway. We loved the process they use. Antonio and his crew were always on time 8:00 each day. They wore the masks when dealing with us. We wanted a color for the flagstone design to complement our brick work. Antonio made a sample flagstone so we could see what the final project. He did the same for the grout. They worked for a total of 6 days. The final sealant coat was added today. We are very pleased with the new look of our driveway.

Armor Coating did a fantastic job to bring back our community pool cool deck back to life. Our pool had been in disrepair and poorly patched so many times. It looked awful. Armor coat came in and chipped away the old coating and laid down a beautiful new coat that made the area look like a resort. Now we just need to figure out how the plaster the pool to match.

These guys are the best. My garage floor had a number of cracks and another vendor tried unsuccessfully to fill them with some rubbery material which didn't last and looked awful.
Armor guys took one look and said they could fix it. They came and used their diamond grinder to flatten out the floor and professionally filled all the cracks and seams. They arrived at the appointed time, did the job as promised and charged a reasonable amount. The floor looks terrific and we are very pleased with the result.

Armor Coatings completely transformed our tired, old backyard into a beautiful modern outdoor area that made us proud to entertain guests. Jim was very professional and attentive to our vision and his lead crewman was very knowledgeable in stains, sealers and substrate profiling. A year later, we noticed a couple of spots that had imperfections due to UV exposure and other environmental and wear issues. Our 2 year old condominium building in Santa Cruz had a terrible cement problem on all three exterior floors. Cracks, stains and uneven surfaces made the atrium floor and front landings look like floors in a third world prison. In January I contacted Jim Sisco at Armor Coatings who drove over from San Jose to see our problem floors. Jim was very knowledgeable and made recommendations as to solutions. My contractor arranged a meeting time with Jim (at my house), and 20 minutes after the appt time, no Jim. My contractor tried calling him a few times, and left a message with the office manager. Jim called back a bit later and said he had a scheduling snafu and could be at my house in about 20 minutes. I decided to wait and give him a chance despite the bad first impression.

I originally had Jim come out to do our garage floor which we did with an epoxy paint chip system that turned out super nice! I was so happy that we had Jim come out and do the entire front and back and side yards with custom cement cutouts. We also had him to the front of our house (the walls) with hand carved stone. We were going to end there but we decided on getting rid of our carpet and most of the hardwood and doing a custom stain on the inside and a liquid dazzle epoxy downstairs. I have had so much trouble with contractors that I was so happy to have one who took pride in their work.
