Jerry and his team were amazing to work with! I needed my fence repaired, and they came the day after I contacted them - about two weeks earlier than they initially said they would. This review is long overdue but wanted to make sure I got it in. It's been almost two years since I got the new fence and it still looks great! I had got several quotes from other fence companies and Red Cedar's Fence quote was the most affordable option. Ruben went above and beyond and made the process very stress free and the work was done on time and without any problems. We are very happy with Red Cedar Fence. Jerry is great with communication and updating timelines, especially in this pandemic, materials can get a bit delayed. Jerry and Ruben are both very knowledgeable, gave me some good suggestions, and always call to check if they have any questions. Jerry was the point man in preparing for the work. He was honest about what they could do and timing in the COVID environment, delivered on what he said they would do, and all at a great price. He was familiar with what we had to do regarding permits, and did a lot of the leg work for drawings. On the day of, Ruben and his team were great. They did good work, cleaned up as promised, gladly made a change mid-job, and came ready to deliver options. After the fact, Jerry even followed up to remind us about closing things out with our Village. I will refer others to them without reservation!

Great experience from start to finish. Jerry came out a couple times to discuss the project and to ensure that the end result would be what we expected. The upfront time discussing it was well worth the effort as the fence is perfect. One real benefit that I didn't realize until after the install was that Red Cedar Fence builds the fence on-site, as opposed to bringing in pre-fab panels. This meant that they were able to adapt to things found in the ground (like a giant sewer pipe) and better follow the grading of the property.

The wind blew down a section of our rather old cedar fence. I called Red Cedar and Rueben came out promptly to give us an estimate. He also pointed out a few issues with some of the other posts in the fence. The quote was extremely reasonable and they scheduled about 10 days in the future. The work was done promptly and the fence is now very stable and secure. The work area was totally clean of nails and debris. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing fence repairs.

Ruben was quick and thorough with getting an estimate and advising me between various options, they were quick and efficient about obtaining the permit for me, and I was surprised at how quickly the fence went up! This is a long over due review. Where do I start? Ruben and his team were professionals from start to finish. From the moment they came to do an estimate (Jerry is a great guy! Jerry even came to city hall with me to get the permits!)to the last day of the job. Ruben was very competitive with his estimate. It was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive quote I got from the several companies I had do an estimate for the work needed. This is for about 250 feet X 6ft tall traditional fencing.It was mostly Ruben and Guillermo that did the work. They took down the existing chain link fence
