Never again. We hired them through Costco because we wanted Shaw carpet. The sales rep who came to our home was professional. Then we called Sunday to get more information the week of the job and someone would pick up and hang up the phone, over and over again. We were not pleased. We called the sales rep who helped us. The job started going well until one worker used our guest restroom without telling us, a bathroom that isn’t in use because the toilet isn’t secure. We got them to use the correct toilet. Then another worker stopped working, called his Primo and started cursing on the phone

I had a great experience with Floor Decor out of Upland, CA for a full house install of Luxury Vinyl flooring. I went through the Costco flooring service who use "Floor Decor." The staff at Floor Decor were very professional from getting a quote to completion of install. The Installers were timely, respectful, professional and hard workers. They cleaned up every evening making it easier to manage the dust from the project. I recommend this company to anyone looking for new flooring. I am very pleased with my new flooring.

I went through Costco to upgrade my flooring. The floors look good and the installation team did a great job, they are the reason for the 3 stars. I am taking off 2 stars because of my experience with their rep, Steve Murphy. He promised some follow-up work which was never done and he has repeatedly ignored my attempts to contact him.

David Rogers is the owner of Floor Decor and it's been a pleasure working with him for the past 7 years on over 4 projects already. The most recent project was an office purchase that I had tiles laid down. David actually chose the tile color and style which worked out great. The flooring looks very modern and clean. My wife and I want to thank Steve and Donna for the help in getting a great crew to come in and install our new LVP flooring through Costco. The guys did an excellent job! They were professional and hard workers. It took only three days to do the entire house . There was an issue with our MB toilet after new LVP flooring was installed. When toilet was removed, it was set to original tile height and new flooring was short by 1/2” We noticed leakage and toilet was wobbly. We contacted Donna the owner of Floor Decor and she ordered porcelain planks that closely matched LVP as the rest of the house

If I could give them 100 stars I certainly would. Dave came out to my home to measure. He was friendly, he was professional and arrived on time. And even though he did not have what I wanted in stock he found it for me. Brent the installer is a true artist. He went above and beyond on several occasions. Tearing out the old wood floors was backbreaking work and he made it look easy. He is a joy to work with (ha ha) he is a perfectionist and he is meticulous. I contacted Costco flooring and Steve came to my house and immediately started telling me how Costco flooring was too expensive . He put down his business card from Floor Decor and told me to go in and look but to steer away from the Costco product because they were too expensive and exclusive to Costco. Drove around the area looking to buy last min tile, like we needed it ASAP. Started off at 7, this is the second spot we came to because it was open early. We got lucky to come across this business. They have amazing prices, and most importantly, the best customer service. Mike helped us decide, when they didn't have 1 tile we liked, he immediately brought out more tiles that looked close to it. He was even displaying them on the floor. He was so nice, friendly and patient! He told us everything we needed. Will recommend for sure! And will be back for more remodeling.

I got my floor done through Floor Decor and Costco back in March on my new construction home. House looks beautiful with the new Shaw Vinyl planks but the main floor was not done correctly. Floor looks uneven and some of the vinyls were not lock together properly as seen in some of the pictures I am including. Also, floor feels bumpy which create air pockets. I contacted Steve Murphy couple days after installation was completed but no response from him. Now the issue is getting worst and I've been calling Steve to no avail. Up to this date, no courtesy call from Steve to get this issue

Wished there were 10 stars as that is the rating they deserve. The estimate was very fair, their rep (Simona) was amazing in knowledge, and the installers were craftsmen to the max. They started on a Monday (two on the crew) and completed almost a whole house by end-of-day Wednesday when Friday was the initial deadline. Dave and his staff are fantastic. Dave came out to my home within 2 days of requesting a quote and work started the following week and was done within a day and a half.
His installers were very courteous and professional and were careful in moving furniture. I wish I had known about Floor Decor when I had some other flooring installed a couple of years ago, as I was extremely disappointed with the length of time and quality of work of the company I used.

This review is for work done quite a while ago, maybe 18 months or so. Even though I was completely dissatisfied with Floor Decor at the time I wasn't going to leave a bad review because I've known them for so long. The company was referred to me through my insurance and offered an excellent price on an additional bathroom to be floored. When the installers came they did not have all the necessary tools. I had to provide them with a plastic bag for the toilet removal, a mat so they did not dirty the carpet, a towel that was asked for and I provided for them and in addition used one of my personal towels without asking me and attempted to return it to me out of the toilet. Found the floor I wanted at a good price. Paid just under $1500 for 37 boxed. My contractor installed the floor a week later and found that one of the boxes was damaged. (Looks like it was hit with a forklift). I came back to see if I could get the 5 damaged pieces replaced, but they refused to replace because I had to return broken pieces within "48 hours". I guess I had to inspect a ton of material piece by piece with two days of purchase. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY FRONT DESK. THEY DON'T STAND BY THEIR MATERIAL. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THERE ARE TONS OF OTHER PLACED IN THIS AREA
