Perry's Complete Floors

We had a great experience with Mike and his team at Perry's Complete Floors. We did a large amount of work on a home renovation and everything came out really well. The pricing seemed very fair and was transparent. A few little hicupps occured, as would be expected from any large project involving multiple contractors, but Mike took care of everything and all worked out well in the end. I would definitely recommend for any flooring or kitchen cabinet/countertop jobs that you might have. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and everything was made to fit our requirements

Marc at Perry Floors was extremely helpful and always made himself available for questions. I got a very good price on floor and install. The installers we're extremely friendly and professional. They ripped up 1200 sqft of tile, carpeting, and installed new floors in 3 days. Floors are perfectly level. Their work is amazing, my house looks incredible. I can't recommend Perry Floors enough.

Great place! A very wide variety of flooring choices. We love our new vinyl laminate flooring installed in our kitchen, family room and hallway.

So far only did the removal of existing tile. Worker arrived on time (actually a little early) sealed the area with plastic and blue tape to keep dust in house to minimum. Completed in a very timely manner. Workers were very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Recommend Perry’s Flooring for any of your flooring needs. I have used Perry’s in the past with excellent work each time. Cost not always the cheapest but not the highest always within reason. And who wants the CHEAPEST work done in their home

Danny and Frank installed our floors and did a beautiful job, real craftsmen and very nice people too.

We've used Perry's flooring in the past and they never disappoint. We got bids from other vendors and not only did Perry's beat their prices, it included the material. We had a new kitchen floor and 2 bathroom floors installed by Perry Floors a few months ago. We opted for sheet vinyl with a plank pattern instead of individual planks. Anthony came out to measure and brought along samples of what we chose as well as a similiar color so we could check them against the cabinets. Good thing he did because the one color we chose for the bathroom wasn't quite right and we saw his other sample was perfect! We are so happy with the floors. I like them more each day. Perry’s Complete Floors is an excellent flooring company. I went to several stores before deciding on Perry’s complete Floors. The customer service is excellent in store. They keep you updated on the product you ordered as well as the installation date. The installers are incredible and did such an amazing job and kept me posted throughout the day. I highly recommend this company. I will be using them again to do my bathroom.

They were great! Anthony in the sales office was very knowledgeable, and helpful. He walked me through picking out which flooring was best for my needs. The price was reasonable. The crew, Jose's group, was GREAT! They worked hard and did the full install in 2 days. They were respectful, friendly and even considerate that I have cats which required a few adjustments to the schedule. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. I'm so delighted with the new floors.

Finding the right flooring was a journey. Mike and his team at Perry's Floors were so patient with us. We (mainly me) changed our minds a handful of times. In the end Mike went out of his way and made sure we were happy. The flooring came out beautiful! Took about a week to complete and we had our whole house done over 2500 sq ft. A big thank you to the whole team they're awesome!

Disappointed. I came to get a quote. Looks like 3 employees however not one asked if I could use any help. I walked around for a while but still nothing. A couple came in after me and hey... they were alive. The asked if the couple could use any help or had questions. So I proceeded to walk around and the only thing that was said to me was "pardon me" because the employee needed to get by me. It's a very very small location so I'm sure they noticed me.
I walked out and that was it.

Now as for the product it was much more expensive than the place across the street Amir Flooring

I usually don't give reviews but, based on my experience with this company, I don't recommend this company. I had laminate floors installed. Mike came to our house and took measurements and we decided to have his company install our floor downstairs and baseboards. He said it would be about three days.
To make the long story short, it took them over three weeks because, the first time they came, they didn't have enough material to complete the work and after that they started rescheduling because they came again and it was the wrong size, after that the baseboards had big gaps

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!! We bought a new house that needed a complete overhaul. With a ton to do and little time to do it Mike and his team were able to give my home just what it needed BEAUTIFUL FLOORS!!. Not only did they get the job done in record time but the job was perfect!! Very professional and easy to work with. The cost was up front no hidden fees. Of course my old floor needed some floating but we knew that going in. I would recommend Complete Flooring and team to anyone looking for great flooring done right!!!

I can't say enough of how good of a job this company did on installing my new carpet. I was assisted by Laura who helped me select my carpet. The installers were kind, professional, and hard workers. They did a wonderful job. I highly recommend them. They are a company that truly gives quality with great service!!!

We were referred to Mike Perry by our general contractor to do the tile work in our new bathroom. He came out and measured then he took us to a huge tile store to pick out what I liked. The selection was great with plenty of displays for ideas. He coordinated with our plumber to come the day after they had finished placing the new tub. They floated the wall the first day and put in the tile the next day. It looks great and the price was far below the other 2 estimates we got. I have recommended him to family and will continue to recommend his company to family, friends and customers.

I knew, it by reading this reviews,, they were sent to me by Lowes..should have done my homework..why ? I always use yelp for everything, but on that day I was just so freaking dumb....it was all LOWE'S fault I think.,,.don't you think so ?? Spent thousands of $$$$ dollars for parts and labor and a mickey mouse job..FFFFFF myself...

A friend recommended Perry Complete Floors/ Carpeteria, as the place, he sends people.
Being retired on a fixed income. I seriously shops before, I go to where I think I will be buying the carpet.
Just so I know I got the most bang for my dollar. I might as well have not wasted my time, The price was right and the people were wonderful.

I know they have the showroom a few city blocks down the street, at the corner of mountain&9th . anyway I highly recommend them. 5 stars**

Laura walks you through the order and the Perrys take care of the rest. They installed my carpet and wood floors throughout my entire home in 2011 and it still looks brand new. I loved that they installed it in a day.

Often carpet places sell you one thing and show up with another/differently labeled product that is supposedly the same. Not Perrry's. Original materials were delivered from exactly the manufacturer that I ordered.

They even took precautions to make sure that the black marks that eventually show up on the carpet where the stairs meet the wall wouldn't show up, and

We had Mike Perry do our carpets in our rental property. His installers were professional and on time. They had to remove some very ugly dog stained carpet for us. We appreciate their efforts!!!!!! The carpet we chose looks great!!!! Thank you!!!! We will go back to this carpet and flooring store for our future needs!!!

"Over promise and under deliver"
I think this sums up my experience with Perry's Floors.

MOST IMPORTANT PART OF MY EXPERIENCE:
-Went into the store today to pay for my balance and also give them insight to my experience (found below). Both Laura and Mr. Perry were in the store.
-Began to tell them about my experience and ask if their was anything they could do to recompense me for these negative experiences
-Mr.Perry very defensively (by his own admission) told me there was nothing he could do and apologized in a very un-profound manner.
-As we discussed the matter further HE

Perry's flooring was contracted to install flooring in our home. The job that was done was below industry standard (according to an independent certified inspector) subsequently, we are not happy with the finished product at all. We are going to have the entire thing re done by someone else. The owner has been aloof and seemingly disinterested in the substandard job that his crew has done. It is unfortunate that this is what the outcome has been, because initially we were happy with the job and the people that came out to install, however just a few weeks later, all of the problems with installation

You would expect a company to respect their repeat customers, but Perry's Floors apparently doesn't care if customers return. We bought tile for a guest bath, and returned to purchase wood flooring. When our installer tried to lay the floor, he discovered the wood was defective, so we tried to take it back to Perry's. The owner would not return our phone calls, and when finally confronted in person, said we should have checked each box before buying them. We told him we were planning on buying a large order of tile for a bath remodel, but that we wouldn't if he didn't stand

Purchased flooring over the phone, nothing emailed to me. Was notified that flooring was at there location but fork lift guy would be back in a few hours. Get a call back that they are ready for me to pick up product. Upon ariving I was notified that fork lift guy went home and that the 2 ladies working there do not know how to work the fork lift. Another business next door came over and loaded my truck. After installing flooring I was left with 140 square feet left over (sales person recommendation for waste) store will not take it back. I never received the receipt they were suppose to send either

Don't buy flooring anywhere else.
Every person working for this company is wonderful, from the office to the salesfloor to the estimators and the installers. They answered all of my questions. The price was great too. I couldn't be happier with my new carpet and laminate. Everything was just as I ordered and from the companies I wanted. The installers were neat, professional and didn't damane ANYTHING. Not even a scratch on the wall or a ding in the furniture.
I recommend this company to anyone installing any flooring.
