Great family owned business! I love to support our local small businesses, and this one did not disappoint. Raul knows his stuff! I left with more knowledge of different types of floors than I thought was possible. The staff is very professional and clean. I would definitely recommend Specialist N Flooring to anyone looking to redo their floors. They even have another location in Corona, so they can pretty much go anywhere in the Inland Empire.

I was absolutely thrilled with the outcome of my flooring done by Raul and his team. From picking out our flooring at their warehouse (they have soooo many samples) to understanding the different types of flooring material to the actual installation I was very impressed with how smooth everything went. Raul is very knowledgeable when it comes to all the types of flooring and has great vision when you tell him what you are looking for. My husband and I had some sort of idea of what we wanted but Raul helped us finalize our decisions very quickly. The end result was gorgeous! We bought a new home

This company does not give you what it promises on its company site.. The customer is suppose to be the #1 priority, and deliver great craftsmanship and a quality install, but it provided the exact opposite.. They installed my laminate and carpet wrong and is refusing to rectify the situation as the carpet will have to be replaced to be fixed.. They did not follow product guidlines or general install procedures and guidelines.. Everything they state they stand for they don't provide.. They don't care about the customer or their work.. So unless you want to fight to get what you paid for and what
