They are great!!! They made our old carpets look wonderful. They also cleaned two couches that have lived with boys and pets! Our house sold in two days and the fresh carpets helped get this done! We already booked them for our new home! Highly recommend!!!

My daughter got sick in her bed one night and the harder I tried the bigger the stain grew. Not to mention the smell. I called JCB the next morning and Joe showed up THAT SAME AFTERNOON to clean up the mess. The mattress looks, feels, and most importantly smells brand new. I can't be thankful enough because I would have ended up having to throw the whole thing out. Joe saved me!
