The owner of Exclusive Cleaning, Elena, started cleaning homes and businesses in 1996. After working for several cleaning companies, Elena founded Exclusive Cleaning in 2001. With over 20 years of total experience, Exclusive Cleaning knows what works and what does not. Today, Elena is still involved and oversees the day-to-day operations of her cleaning business.

UPDATE:
A week after Exclusive House Cleaning came by, I went into my guest bathroom to find out that they had broken the light fixture above the bathtub. They did not bother telling me about this and decided to HIDE it by leaving it in the bath tub and covering it up with the shower curtain. What kind of UNPROFESSIONAL and SKETCHY cleaning service does this!? I am appalled and will NOT use them ever again!

I contacted exclusive cleaning service several weeks before I was planning to move. They agreed to come at 8:30am on a Saturday. The week of the move I emailed to confirm they were coming and did not receive a response. The morning they were supposed to come I texted and received a response (an hour later) saying that they can't clean in DC on weekends and didn't contact me earlier because they lost my number. I ended up cleaning it myself.

What a tremendous service Elena and her team do for our family. Even if I took the whole weekend, I could not accomplish what they do in just a few hours. They've taken on everything from dog hair to post-construction dust and always leave it sparkling clean. We are particularly appreciative of their skill in communicating and adapting, since we tend to seek out their services on an ad hoc basis. This company is a great blessing in our lives!

Elena's company is wonderful. She is always incredibly flexible with my schedule and her crew does a great job. They are thorough and quick. We love coming home to our house on cleaning day. The prices are very reasonable too. I found Exclusive Housecleaning through yelp - 5 stars there. I definitely recommend them!

Totally different from when I used them in the past at my old place. When I moved into a new place, I scheduled a cleaning and they were a no show. No call or text to give me notice. They just didn’t show up. I didn't hear from them until a week later, when the owner asked me when my appointment was. I was shocked! The owner apologized and offered a discount if i gave them another chance. Today, a month later, I scheduled the new appointment. I texted the owner a week in advance that I would be sending a reminder list of the areas we discussed (the walkthrough was over a month ago) and she said
