Our company is a preferred residential and commercial contractor with several insurers including American Family and Western National. We offer building repair and restoration services as well as mitigation including, mold remediation, bio-hazard clean up, tarping, and board up. We also have storage and cleaning facilities for complete large loss contents cleaning.

We have lived at our home since 1995 and done business with countless contractors and sub-contractors for home improvement projects over 24 years. We have been very pleased with everyone to date, except Frank Fabio Company. My advice, if you hire this company, is:
- Be present on site at all times when sub-contractors are there. One example of this is when I had to stop the roofing crew on the barn before they were going to cover fire-damaged wood framing and shingles. There should be oversight on jobs to ensure that

Frank Fabio Company has been an absolute dream to work with. We had an unfortunate sequence of events happen in our 100 year old home that resulted in damage. From the moment we started the process with them it was a breath of fresh air and sigh of relief. Answered calls, emails and questions - honest representation on timelines, price and work quality. My husband and I had water damage on our ceiling that came from our bathroom upstairs. A very stressful situation for us. We called Frank Fabio Company and talked to Matt. He gave us a quote and started work right away. Day one, Chad and his co-worker came out to cut out the ceiling and dry things out. What I loved about his job is that he used his thermal camera to see ALL the water damage and to make sure that everything was dry. The next step took three consecutive days to finish. I am so happy how quick the fix was and the quality of the work. I cannot thank your company enough!!! Fives stars

Frank Fabio Company was recommended to me by another person who had water damage in their home. My condo unit had water damage and when I called them they immediately jumped into action to help me through this process. Throw in Covid 19 virus challenges, etc.... My experience working with this company was very positive and I too would recommend them to others. Each contractor that I worked with was professional, caring, friendly and did outstanding work. Definitely consider working with this company. I will certainly do so if the need arises.
