I was happy to pay full price to trim a pine tree at my house. Full price. No problem. Everything was going great until Charles decided he wanted the job done in 1 day. Brought in a guy who let enormous branches fall on my house. Cracked the drywall on the ceiling. The branches were so large they popped the drywall off the screws in the drywall in the ceiling. I won't pay full price again for a job like that.

Charles Tree Service did an excellent job taking down two trees in my yard. One of which was a very large pine tree that was near a cable line and in between two houses. The crew showed up on time and did a great job of cleaning up in my yard and my neighbors. Charles and his team even cleaned up the tree litter from the pepper tree they removed, which was there before they showed up. Charles is very responsive and the price he gave for the job was very affordable. I highly recommend Charles Tree Service.

Charles tree service was awesome. I had a huge rubber tree that needed to be pruned way down, he came out a couple days after I contacted him, checked it out and dispatched his team the same day. 45 mins later that huge rubber tree was mostly gone and now down to a much more manageable size. Definitely recommend if you got a tree job you need wrangled. Professional, communicative, and quick!!!

I called and spoke directly with Charles to have a large pepper tree removed that was hanging over my roof and also just above my A\C condenser, on the backside of my house. Charles and his crew showed up on time and got right down to business. They were quick to cut down the tree and took caution not to take out the A\C condenser in the process. They picked up their mess when done and left the yard clean. You really can't tell that a tree was ever there since they ground down the stump and disposed of all the tree trimmings. Unless you value a company that lacks accountability and integrity, this company deserves no stars. They drove through our neighborhood and knocked out a cable line with their boom lift vehicle, to the point the box on the side of the house was ripped off! Then they tried to hide it by rolling the cable up and hiding it on the side of the road. Then got belligerent with a homeowner next to me when he told them they were responsible for making it right and getting it fixed, telling them it "wasn't their problem." He and his crew brought two huge trucks to cut down two massive trees in the front that were dying and wreaking havoc on the cars and sidewalks. Also cut and ground down was a very tall pine that attracted the neighborhood mice along with 4 pines. They also trimmed 2 other palms in the back.

Affordable and professional. Would absolutely recommend. We had a large dead olive tree removed and a large tree that had thick branches hanging over into the neighbors yard. I thought I was going to have to coordinate with the neighbors but with their skills not a single branch fell over into my neighbor's yard as they removed the tree. And they even cut some small pieces and set them aside for us to have good burning firewood. Very nice boss and team!

Fast, professional, and affordable! We just moved into a house that's been tenant-occupied for at least 2 years, landscaping has been ignored/left to go wild. Palm trees in the front were growing onto the house, overhanging electrical wires/roof/neighbors, or dead. I just can't say enough about Charles and his crew! They are affordable, prompt, considerate, clean, quick, and the list goes on! We have used them before and will continue to use them. We had to have our 45+ year old tree removed . She was huge! The price they gave us was phenomenal. They ground the stump and when I told them we were paving our front yard they ground an old stump that was left behind years ago from an old company we used without me even asking. My neighbor across the street asked them about his palms since they were here and they were able to go right over when they finished

We had a tree fall down. One of three trunks. The other two would take out parked cars or my home. I called several people. This is the third time that Charles Tree Service has come to our home. I can't say enough about the job Charles and his crew did! This time, it was pretty technical and involved cutting back a densely branched olive tree that is situated close to live power lines. Charles and another member of his team climbed the tree, made the cuts and ensured that all limbs and branches were cut back safely while preserving the shape and integrity of the large tree. Just had Charles and his crew trim 12 palms for us and our neighbor. They did an amazing job. They use a bucket to protect the trees from the spike method and that's what we wanted. There were 5-6 guys working on it and they were so nice to work with and did a fantastic job. You can be assured of their professionalism and expertise. We cannot reccomend them enough.

I had a large elm tree come down last night and completely block the entrance to our granny flat in the backyard (luckily no one was trapped inside) I was leaving early morning messages for emergency tree removal left and right and Charles got back to me before business hours even opened and by 9:45 am the same day, they had chopped and chipped the tree and were done!! They are very affordable and didn't take advantage or my emergency type situation. Would recommend to every homeowner with a tree on their property!

The pine removal was also exactly what I was looking for, including stump grinding flush with the surface. They even chased a big surface root.
