Programs are customized to your specifications and needs, and are available on a monthly, quarterly or annual schedule.
The key to sustained good health for your trees is regular treatments and frequent monitoring. Our tree healthcare program includes all of our tree healthcare services, should you have a different vendor for tree care services. At scheduled intervals, a professionally trained technician visits your property to assess the status of your trees.

My HOA contracted Atlas to trim the trees and bushes in my community. While they did a great job doing what they were hired to do, I'm writing this review based on what they weren't hired to do. I was having a bad day, working from home. Somehow I had lost my work cell phone, and after turning the house upside down, I realized it may have fallen in the trash - which was taken out to the dumpster the night before. I went out to the dumpster, and yes, it was ringing. Problem was that I couldn't reach down far enough. I approached the group of guys, asked for a ladder, and they sprung into action

We had a great experience with Atlas Tree Service. We had a huge eucalyptus tree whose truck was on city open space property but whose branches were overhanging out house and property. We love the tree, but wanted to trim and remove some weight for safety. John Hamilton coordinated with the city's open space division and secured permission to trim the tree. Nate and his crew came out, listened attentively to our thoughts and preferences, provided some education about the best practices to ensure the health of the tree, and worked quickly and respectfully. They did a nice job cleaning up afterwards

I used Atlas Tree Service to have a large pine, eucalyptus and ash tree trimmed and lightened on my property. All of these trees were overgrown and in need of care. Kamden came out to give an estimate and impressed me from the start. He was punctual and professional and very knowledgeable about the trees and what needed to be done. His expertise and the time he took to educate me on caring for my trees surpassed the other companies I had spoken to. He was patient with all of my questions and listened carefully to what I wanted done.

I am a homeowner with a very expensive 6' high block wall that surrounds my backyard. I recently realized that my neighbors on one side have two huge, overgrown, 25 ft. trees that were planted much too close to my wall, one of the tree trunks being only one foot away from the retaining wall.
It is stressful and alarming to think that one or both of these trees roots could compromise and crack the wall that surrounds your property.

We have worked with Brian Coy and Atlas Tree Service for many years and have always been happy with the work! We appreciate that Brian is a Certified Arborist and was ISA-qualified for tree risk assessment. Our crew leader Fred showed great leadership of his team. Also Gavino the lead trimmer did a terrific job. They all did a great job for us!

The cost was $120 for a 30mins consultation, no report was written. The first appointment was postponed due to arborist being on vacation, the second appt he showed up on time. Received a phone call demanding money, turned out the invoice was sent to the wrong address, needless to say, $120 for a 30mins consultation was expensive. I paid the same day, would not use their service or recommend others due to excessive overcharged considering no report was written.

Our neighbor hired Atlas to trim our neighbor's tree that impacts our house and roof also. Ron and his crew handled the dispute with our neighbor who wasn't planning on considering reducing much of the impact on our property originally. The crew figured out a way to reduce the tree enough to Help us out and keep the integrity of the tree satisfying the neighbor. They handled the whole issue with great mediation skills - I know as my career was as a mediator. And the tree looks great!

So here's the deal. I signed up for their free mulch and never thought I'd be complaining. I mean how can you complain about free mulch.
Well I found out you can get really good mulch loaded into a pickup truck for $5 down at the dump. So I did that instead of waiting. Next year I did it again but got the nicer mulch which is $15 per pickup load.
This year I was going to do wood chips since we had a good base layer and the day I talk to my partner about it not 15 minutes later I get a call from Atlas. They have a load of mulch in my neighborhood, it's almost all wood chips with

I contacted four different tree services to have a 60 year old carob tree trimmed and a younger rubber tree cut down in my yard. Atlas was the only service that followed up with both an email and a phone call. There was no pressure and they let me take my time to make a decision.
When we did schedule a day to have the work done, the workers were all on time, very friendly and got to work immediately. They completed the work in less time than was originally quoted. They cleaned up not only everything they cut down, but also all the leaves that had been piling up on the ground around the trees

This is the second time I have used Atlas for my property, and it confirms that they are the only company I'll ever use to take care of my trees. I have mature oaks, elms, pines and a cottonwood. All of the trees are difficult to access, and surrounded by heavy landscaping. Ron Matranga was the consulting Master Arborist and he took his time to discuss with me the best plan for improving the health, aesthetics and value of my trees. I was given a very fair estimate and a work date was scheduled without delay.

After an 'online-onsite-at site' search of seven different tree trimming services, taking me over a month of due diligence, my neighbor contracted Atlas Tree Service to clean up and trim his two dangerous Date Palm trees (provided I would incur a minimum of $500.00 of the cost). Bullied into no other alternative, I agreed. I have worked with Atlas for around 30 years! Wow...unbelievable we're both still around after all that time! I trust them and call them for any and all houses we have lived in. Ron has been the guy I've dealt with since day 1, and he is incredibly knowledgeable. Elias is there, as well, and I like him, too. They have appeased neighbors and saved the life of a favorite tree. Thanks to Atlas for being professional, effective, and moderate in cost.

If I could give them negative stars I would. If you're looking for a company to trim your trees, look elsewhere.

A month or two back our neighborhood was blanketed by a notice that Atlas will be in the area to do work for the city, ensuring trees are 6 or 7ft (I forget) above the sidewalk. We figured we were safe since our sycamores were pruned earlier this year (by a crew with an arborist on site this time, to partially fix what Atlas butchered last year) and all branches are sufficiently high.
But no, we came home today to notice some branches cut that shouldn&apos

Ron came out and looked at everything, we put a plan together and today the guys came out and trimmed & shaped all of my trees. I was so happy I had to take a min to put in a good review! The guys arrived early, got all set up, I was shocked how good the trees looked... the transformation was amazing. When they were finished I walked through with them, they were happy to make a few changes for me. And, most importantly, they cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them.
