If i can give this place zero stars i would. They took my carpets over a month ago to clean. They said they would have it done within a week. Its been a little over a month and nothing! Every week they come up with some lie on why they weren't able to deliver it

I've never received a service so horrible and disappointing. My carpet was delivered wet and smelly. I mentioned it to the delivery guys and they said the carpet was sweating because it was wrapped up and it's hot outside. Two days later, I called because the carpet was still damp and the smell was unbelievable. The carpet was picked up for a redo. It has been 10 days and I haven't gotten my carpet back. I called multiple times to schedule delivery and keep getting told they'll call me back. The receptionist and the supervisor need training on customer service and retention. I would never use this

Price quote given for $99 on the phone. When technician came told me it would cost $350. After complaining they dropped the price to $280 which I reluctantly agreed to because we needed it done that day. Explained “different type of carpet, need different process” etc etc etc. Then they left and didn’t come back despite several attempts. Technician at another job, we tried to call, blah blah blah. Maybe miscommunication, maybe tough day for the company. But all in all I came away feeling like I had been upsold and wasn’t happy with the way it was handled from start to finish.

I've used them a couple of times to clean my couch. They were always very professional and thorough. The person that came recently had his mask on at all times. Only point of improvement could be communication. A reminder email the previous day would be nice. Also, the cleaner came an hour and a half before the start of the window time. A call would have been nice so I wasn't startled out of bed. I would definitely recommend their services.

Green Choice cleaned my couch and, after it had dried out, I discovered a substantial rip in one of the cushions that had not been there previously. Neither the two guys who did the work mentioned this nor did I receive any response to emails. Don't use this company.
